In brief, Misa Brevis is the result of re-working of the Kodály's organ mass of 1942, when Kodály was taking refuge in the cellar of the Budapest Opera House in the event of World War 2 in 1945. It later received its official première at the 1948 Three Choirs Festival in Worcester.

With the limited of time and distance due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we must continue to work to provide the best for the audience, the special virtual choir performance of Zoltan Kodaly's Missa Brevis is one of Parahyangan Catholic University Choir’s project with our Music Director , Ivan Yohan and the first collaboration with an organist from Belgium, Jan Moeyaert
