    Could you season the stake before you cook it please. I’m not a pro, but that meat might be tough without tenderizing it out of the package. Add some daily and pepper at least.

      You don't need to season before cooking the meat was tender already. But I see your point. I was trying to keep the steak as neutral as possible for the comparison.

    How is 60+ degrees C medium rare?
    Medium rare is 52-55C.
