I believe you can install Windows 11 and Ubuntu in legacy but I'm not sure if MacOS will work, especially the newer versions. Keep in mind that you will have to check some options to legacy instead of UEFI
You can just go to your bios and set the boot drive to whatever OS you want instead of clover. Keep in mind that if the one OS you want is macOS, you would have to use clover to boot it.

Ummm... They are two different things. The hackintosh is essentially a mini computer that powers multiple operating systems (Ubuntu)
But how do i undo the clover thing so that i onl y can boot in one operating system

You will have to partition it if you are going to use 2 OSes or more on the same drive

I believe so. However, you will have to partition it beforehand (as apfs for macos)
