Really? From the beginning you are admitting that you are using a 700TVL analog which is not in HD where the IP 3MP is running just above 1080p. Of coarse the Analog 700TVL looks like the toilet in my house everyday. Apples to Apples please. There are analog cameras that are 4MP that look identical to the IP camera shown here. You can get a 2.13 Megapixel full 1080p Analog Camera that looks the same as the IP above.

Can't really figure out what you are trying to say. The video was made back in 2013-2014 and had to upload again in 2017 due to new music copyright rules. It was made for my customers who were asking what was the difference between the old analog and the new IP cameras. UA-cam took my original 2048 × 1536 video and made it 1080 and some quality was lost in the process, but customers could still see a big difference.

he is saying there is analog cameras that have more pixels and better image... but if you just get a 1080 analog camera it will be that much cheaper depending on what brand it is

This is true, today's analog is actually analog digital and the pixels can go up to 4K. The frame rate and picture quality of a 4K Analog camera will always be better than 4K IP camera. IP cameras heavily processes too much of the video signal and brings massive latency and you do not have the freedom of using multiple different camera brands under one DVR/NVR. I like analog cameras better than IP cameras, IP cams are still not any better than their analog counterparts, such as 5MP IP vs 5MP analog when frame rate and picture quality is considered.

Analog is much better than IP camera. U can get 8MP 4K analog camera and use it on a 4K DVR or on a PC (with some extra equipment). IP cameras are so fucking finicky to the point you have to be stuck with one stupid ass company. Similar to apple and android, you have to buy everything from the same specific company when using IP.

@@foco5657 Dude... analog can do 4K and soon 8K. Its not pure analog anymore. Its "Analog Digital", basically anything you see on the market that is over 720P is called "Analog Digital". You can use analog digital in 4K and soon 8K. It uses the traditional BNC/coaxial cable. The tech behind it is similar to IP cams. But IP cams has extra stuff which is not useful or compatible universally with many DVRs/NVRs. IP cams also has much slower frame rate and much more expensive and much higher chance of hackers to hack it.
Analog tech is still the best for serious professionals, we prefer "analog digital" over IP cams. IP cams is for people who do not know nothing about advanced security camera systems. I do support IP cams "logic", but not the way how the market is going as of now. The IP cam companies really limits the frame rate and picture quality for profitability to compensate all the "extra" features included into the IP cam. IP cam is the future for security cameras but there needs to be more companies making IP cams that are more "specific" to be priced well for what it is worth and provide many "Specific" models which will suit it's application.
Most companies makes crappy IP cams and have no clue how to design the IP tech properly. Almost all IP cam tech is extremely inferior to that of Analog Digital when picture quality and frame rate is in the equation. Analog digital still provides the best frame rate, picture quality, pricing and freedom when compared to IP cams.
Trust me, I tested many IP cams and majority of them is nothing but garbage for the money you can get as compared to Analog Digital.
