THIS DOES work, after 2 weeks of doing these exercises (along with the upper back exercise) I can finally see my collarbones and my fat is nearly gone. God bless this wonderful person. so after trying cardio workouts of many famous youtubers I found it very hard to keep it going. I always gave up after trying it. Nad then I found Susana yabar and gave it a try. Guess what I now follow her cardio 3 days a week and I am improving my flexibility and back problems.

Hay, you are the best trainer. Yes, I can claim this with confidence. You changed my life, here is my story- I was around 97kg in 2020 and as world was suffering from pandemic, I decided not to waste my time and work on myself. As gym was not on working condition due Pandemic, I had to take help of UA-cam. This how I found you, I gave up in the beginning I started to follow so other trainer, was feeling very tired and helpless bcz they were training in the extreme was, which wasn’t sustainable for me thn I started following your workouts, which is very easy to perform along with my diet. I couldn’t notice drastic change in 3 months but still was following you. Later in 6 months I started to notice good results. (97kg to 70kg in 6 months) after a year (97- 58kg) ! I am thankful for that 🥹

Do this workout for 3 to 4 weeks i have seen lower back results and it is a workout one can do compared to other back workouts for back specially lower back i always opt for her workout for back they r effective
