    I had a mild TBI. I was left a mess. So much pain, brain fog, blurred vision. Nothing really helped until I went to an amazing naturalopath clinician and a wonderful function medicine Doctor. The naturopath clinician did infrared dry sauna and brain-spotting and EMDR. The Dr did electric lymph release work, polarity work and nutrician. These two specialist released me from a dysfunctional life and future. My life changed in a minute when I was injured. I saw doctor after doctor (more than 12 ). I basically got put on 12x the pain medication I should have been on by traditional medicine and told I was probably starting menopause!?!?
    I literally could not walk or see enough to read. As soon root cause therapy started I knew it was real help; my body was so effected by their help my body trembled and vibrated for about 40 minutes beyond my therapy. I had to rest my chatty body in their lobby. I couldn’t bend enough to sit in.a car; my nerves were crazy. Then I would go home to bed the rest of the day, exhausted. The physical response was huge! The horrific pain was becoming manageable ….regular medicine was great w the actual trauma and diagnosis but they didn’t have a treatment for anything but symptoms. …no real help until I found these practitioners who believed the body can heal the body if you give it optimal care. It was literally collision refurbish, a good tune up and better fuel choices from then on.
    I really love this information on “the big 6.” There is s big link between healing and lymph drainage. I’m living proof snd it’s wonderful to find this share so I can maintain a health baseline! Thank you! …and thank you for this channel!

      Thank you - so it all boils down to drinking enough water and eating a diet rich in trace minerals (vegetables, fruits, Celtic sea salt to replace regular table salt). Once the cells are hydrated the lymphatic system can move better. Stimulating and massaging the lymph clusters will further mobilize the lymphatic fluids out of the body.

    Brilliant talk. I thought I knew lymphatic maintenance but I was under-informed! This is amazing. I had no idea there was an order of flow but it makes more sense than just brush, jump on trampoline and use dry infrared sauna! Adding big 6!

      Yes it does make more sense, I never felt that gentle touch can move my lymphatic clusters, this is very true if they are swollen and need more pressure to help the stagnation and stimulate movement.

    This was SO helpful! thank you!! I have blocked painful cervical lymph nodes on my right side of my neck that I'm trying to help get unclogged. Unfortunately because I have compressed discs in my neck, like a 75 year old and I'm 51, I think it's pinching nerves and stopping blood as well as lymph flow

    Could a backed up lymphatic system affect breathing? Dealing with mold.

    • @leoragoldberg
      @leoragoldberg  Рік тому +1

      I’m an exercise physiologist not at doctor but my assumption is that Yes.
      Any stagnation and inflammation in the body will impact oxygen intact to the cells. The lymphatic system help in moving nutrients and oxygen to the cells and moving out waste products through a fundamental physiological pump called Osmosis.
      Breath work is also very important.

      Deep, diaphragmatic breathing is one of the ways to move lymphatic fluid through your system, which in turn helps to eliminate toxins and benefit lymphedema.

    Can I just do 10 minutes of rebounding instead of tapping

    • @leoragoldberg
      @leoragoldberg  9 місяців тому +2

      Rebounding is beneficial if your lymphatic channels are opened. So it’s advisable to do the big 6 and that rebound
