Hes absolutely correct the inspections arefor the owner/ perchaser! just keeping contractors on point .not trying to cut corners to save money! And hide it with sheeting.
The buildings are set beautifully on that property too.
WOW! very interesting video. Thanks for sharing with us John. I would love to have one built. .Please show us inside the finished product. ❤❤🎉🎉
Thanks for another video! Looks like a huge project but I'm sure they'll enjoy it!
Cannot wait to see the finished product. Great video keep em' coming.
Like your place!😊
I’ve been looking at Barndominium homes and I just love them. But I don’t need one this size. I own 18 acres in Rockingham County NC. Probably 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, good size country kitchen and an open living/ family room. No upstairs and a nice front porch to watch the Carolina sunsets. Also a deck off the back of the house. Any information on homes like I described would be so helpful and if you know any companies near Rockingham, Guildford, or Stokes Counties that you’d recommend.
I sure hope you go back when everything is done so we can see the finished project
Words well spoken.. "You don't need a lot of people, you only need the right people " looking good!
Yeah codes is getting ridiculous that way it will cost you twice as much
As a contractor I always advise my clients to get a permit. It sends the message to my clients that things were done right and up to code. It’s money well spent and 3veryone can sleep well at night.
50th like
As a long time Lowes employee the markup is highest on the electrical and plumbing. So they have lots of room ti dicker on the price. 🤠
Can you advise on the cost? I’m curious as to the cost of a barndominium vs. a traditional frame home? Assuming you’re still going to have the same or similar issues concerning plumbing, electrical, grading, sewer, septic, etc. etc..
Without the cost of the property around 600k all in
so 450 500 grand finished prolly? 50 grand in concrete
Think more than a million
Awesome 👍😎 and beautiful place
It’s 10 . I’m going to watch this again tomorrow.
Beautiful work ❤
