I liked Smile but when it ended I definitely wasn't thinking how I couldn't wait to see what they do with the sequel. In fact, I had little to no interest in seeing Smile 2 until I started seeing people's reactions to it. Well I saw it tonight and holy shit Naomi Scott gives one of the best performances you'll see this year...in any genre and the movie itself just blew me away and surpassed the original in every way. After the ending of this one, I absolutely cannot wait to see where Parker Finn takes things with the 3rd film. Shit I'm excited to see anything he does next. Dude definitely has a particular style and just does a great job telling a story in such interesting ways. 2024 really has been an exciting year for horror as a genre because of these up and coming writer/directors putting out fresh original content. Nice interview and she is a gem but I can't disregard how gorgeous this woman is. Even with short hair like she could be bald and still be beautiful that's how pretty she is. Not a lot of women are that pretty. Great performance in the film though I was surprised because I didn't know she was that good but guess her other roles didn't give her the chance to show how good she is
