You gotta do headers, and look down that's gonna make it so you juggle the ball in the air, then you look wherever you want to aim and use scorpion kick. For diving header you gotta do the same but once you want to use the diving header you gotta look just a bit more in front of you when doing header juggles and thats gonna make it so the ball goes a bit more forward when you header it then use diving header for handstand block you do the same as scorpion kick. And that's all, For defense when your not goalie, you can use a diving header to counter Nagis trap move, you can also use diving header when they rainbow flick to clear it, and scorpion kick is a clear too, thats pretty much all i know ill edit this if i do find sum else
