Keynote speech by Anna Rutgersson at the BUP Symposium 2021

Anna Rutgersson, PhD, Professor at Uppsala University, gave a presentation that informed us about a meteorological perspective on climate change in the Baltic Sea region. She gave the listeners a scientific perspective on what natural hazards and extreme weather events can be expected in the future.
The reoccurring BUP Symposium is a platform where the regional educational and research communities get together and is aimed to facilitate future collaborations. We hope that the presentations held during the Symposium can inspire and that it can be the basis for new ideas and collaborations.
