Good review , the stills at times look good , but differing light situations seem to cause problems , then they look not so good , the black lab seems to lose almost all detail due to being too dark as in some other shots,
the video looks a bit jittery , and at times seems to be out of focus in a dullish light scenario .
the camera app itself does seem to be somewhat average .

+mikldude thanks. Yep that is the post processing. The Sony camera app is not as good as the competition.

I watched this to see whether there's manual settings for brightness for video but that's the one that was skipped.

guess we need to install a 3rd party app to enable time lapse haha sony should really revamp the whole camera app in order to fully utilise the top-tier camera lens!!!

+Cheung Sam the app is a disgrace. Sony really need to sort it out. A third party app should work hopefully.

It's in the camera apps section, not under camera settings.

Where do I find camera features in app ? Like panorama, ar effect, Selfie mode, bokeh, etc... ?

Holding S9 horizontally with camera app open. Swipe screen top to bottom , or bottom to swipe between the modes. The right side text tells you what mode you’re are in and changes as you swipe screen. Holding phone in portrait, camera app open, swipe screen left to right or right to left etc..

If you mean extra settings for these modes, it in the camera settings app.

I've heard they got rid of overheating, apperantly they did not.
