Nope, i think it simply fits, Bi Han's anger is seething and quiet, he's *cold* and ruthless in his action and words, he kept the fact that he let their fathers die a lifetime secret and didn't show any remorse betraying Scorpion in his face. Kuai Liang is a warm soul, approachable and welcoming when in control, but you saw him when he explodes with wrath as Bi-Han turned his back right? He nearly murdered Bi-Han whilst in chains, despite the intervention of two major villains no less.
Damn, the writing in some parts of this game is just hideous. Guess it depends on whether writer (and Ed Boon) like the character or not. This dialogue feels so alien. Transition from "Liu-Kang is taking too long" to "Now I am Grandmaster" and "STFU TomASS you're adopted" feels like such a stretch.
