Shiny Dratini in the FRLG Safari Zone + some funny fails and phases

- I got this shiny Dratini on the first day of the 2022 Safari Week.
It was the 4th Dratini that I saw of the 11 Phases I did total and a total of over 80k FE's.
Shoutouts to TistedMotive. He is still hunting this shiny at the moment and he is at over 160k encounters.
It was a great journey.

Long phases, beating up fish with rocks, fleeing from your target, the eventual reclaim, it really has it all

Great job on the shiny, is not an easy pokemon to get, I got mine quite a while back, and it took me around that mutch faces but ove 30k and I saw my first and only dratini before that, only a bunch of goldens, seakings and pysducks...
