I think Ciri should've been included in all the endings where she would appear along with Triss or Yen.
Edit:I took out Dandelion after remembering we get Dandelion if Ciri dies. I actually remembered a while ago cause people have mentioned it but I was too lazy and then forgot at the time. lol

Theres a mod for that. Of course, no interaction between all characters but still its great to see all the family happily lazying away in the Vineyard.

bk2jersey78 well its been a while since i last dabbled in it but there used to be a mod (if you arent feamiliar a mod is a fanbase made modification to the game. you can check Gophers channel for more info) that made the game put triss/yen AND ciri, iirc also with options for all of them plus dandelion to show up in the vineyard instead of just one. You can search the inrernet for more info if youd like. hope i helped

I think the expansion was great but there's a little bit of wasted potential in the Corvo Bianco Vineyard. I thought that for sure when you bring back the Vineyard to it's glory days Geralt will definitely throw a party and close friends will visit you (kind of like Kaer Morhen party with the witchers) . Triss, Yennefer, Ciri, Dandelion, Vernon Roche, Lambert and Eskel etc. etc. I was almost sure that was going to happen sometime in the game (at the very end or right before it). Wasted potential in my opinion :(

Agreed. The bit in the core game where they're drinking at Kaer Morhen was some of the funniest, relatable and best written content I've seen in a videogame. Does wonders for character development and it was enjoyable as hell
It's mainly there because Geralt has no home after what happened to Caer Morhen. He finally has a place to settle down (and a winery at that) so I believe it was perfect. Yeah they could've thrown a party but it's mainly a place where Geralt can "settle down."
ME3 citadel DLC it was. You got all your teammates in your house and had party + memorial for dead ones.
I'm glad I got this ending. It seems more real. Ciri was his most loyal throughout and the person he cared for the most.
After I was finished the quests, I stored my armour and weapons in my house, put on some normal clothes and sat beside Ciri at the tree.
I then switched off the console. :(
Ah dude, I envy you after all these years... She betrayed Geralt at least twice after everything he has done for her. Not sure why, may be because of fear or due to distrust nobody can answer now.
The "bad" ending the only genuinely good ending IMO. The Witcher fulfills his Destiny and finish off the job with the last crone and therefore retaliates for death of his friend Vizimir.
And I think this way not because I hate Ciri (I truly loved her once), but because devs forced me to think so.
If there is no place for mutual love and/or trust, then there must be no trust/love at all.
Remember what Witcher says about choice between evil and lesser evil, the same is true for the love and half-love.
If I can't choose no-evil (love), then I will not choose at all.
Finish off the job with the Wild Hunt, bring the girl into the tower, go back on the Path and die - the only way to go through the story.
The choice is tough but that's the only one that lovely Witcher must follow if he face shit like this.
Don't even dare to drop a single tear for this game. It's biggest hypocrisy in games ever. I hate "good" endings. There is simply no one such at all.

Ciri didn't undergo any of the mutations, so drinking Black Blood would have rendered her unable to fight. Having Elder Blood doesn't make her immune to poison either.
We actually come across it in the one of the side quests in the main game. Had to give some peasant a Witcher potion to help with his unknown sickness, but Geralt did say that it'll make him worse before it makes him better, since he doesn't have the mutations. I don't think Ciri would have died, but she would have been debilitated.
The quest I think you're talking about is pretty much at the beginning of the game. A girl got mauled by the griffin and is barely hanging in. Geralt offers to give her a swallow potion but only witchers can process the potion right because of their metabolism.
If you opt to give the girl the potion she will survive her wounds but it will destroy her mind.

This path is for noobs. People who read books have cannon path with her as empress :) I recommend you to watch this proper ending.
The canonical story line ended with the final book. The games are just non-canonical spiritual successors that borrow heavily from the source material. Sapkowski has no input in the games.
Yenn came to my place. I was very happy, then i saw that video and thought, that even Ciri could come here. It would have been perfect. Now, when i have read the comments, i feel strange.
You have to ignore Triss (logically) and Yenn (why? She is Geralts life long love, and Ciri always wanted to have Geralt-Yenn-Ciri family) to make Ciri come to your place. It makes no sense in my opinion.

everyone gets only one character. People who didnt romance anyone (or messed up by attempting to romance both) gets Ciri (assuming they dont have the bad end of the game).

Comparing all the different endings, you can see that Geralt's love for Ciri is much greater than his love for Yen and Triss. Even if it isn't romantic. You can tell by his reaction to their arrivals.
Got Yen and i couldnt be happier. It's so comforting to see her just lying around :') makes me wanna continue doing random side quests and the game doesnt feel "empty" anymore after finishing the main quests

Why would their adult daughter come to live with them? She has her own life. Doesn't mean she can't visit, but ofc she won't stay forever.
I think this is the best ending, Ciri is laid back, happy to take a break from witchering. Triss or Yennefer can come later, if they're really that interested... and besides, there are always some nice girls down in Beauclair Port ;)

Drake Martin Yeah this might be a bit late since your comment was from two years ago Ciri did actually have a girlfriend for a short bit, while also with Skjall I felt there was a bit of chemistry when they met and she clearly did care very much for him when they buried him. So Ciri is most likely bisexual because of that.

nah, the monster was a type of vampire so "let it drink" means she let it bite her and suck some blood out. The black blood poisons them by being in the witchers bloodstream.
Maybe her elder blood gives her some immunity, or it was just an oversight.
Wait, Ciri said she drank Black Blood, she's a witcher in title alright, but she didn't take the mutations or passed through the Trial of the Grasses, so she shouldn't have resistance to toxicity.

That's not how it works. It was a fuck up on CDPR's part.
In the books the witchers (Geralt, Vesemir and the other ones) actually started with the mutations by given her tea but they never finish because the old blood and stuff, that could explain the resistance of Ciri
Yeah also was pretty baff, Witcher Potions can be deadly for normal humans, elderblood has nothing to do with it Also letting you bit from such a thing on purpose without the Witcher regenaration is very Hardcore, lol

If you would read the books, while she was at kaer mohren instead of witcher mutations they gave her mushrooms and herbs or "salad" as they called it which enhanced her capabilities but not as much as the witcher mutations would have.
Could also probably just be chalked up to "Elder Blood magic" if need be.

Me too every time I have played it through. Got various endings on the main story ( the very worst one the first time ), but it is always Yennifer in Blood & Wine . I saw one thing where Everybody was in the room with the table and all the Armor & Sword displays and then Ciri shows up. Must have been a mod.

He smiles quite a number of times throughout the game, lol. Some of them depending on choices. Most notably in the final conversation with Regis he looks at the player and smiles. Nice way for CDPR to say goodbye
It kills me to say that I'm going to have to not romance my lovely Triss this playthrough. It's great when she comes but the vineyard feels so empty without Ciri there.

It seems to happened what I assumed.. after stopping the frost and the destruction of her world, she lost her powers. Otherwise she wouldnt have any problems with fighting that one dude considering how ridiculuosly overpowered she was. ^^

I didn't have a proper save for BaW on day one, so I simply created a new "dlc only" save. I got Dandelion, off course, that was nice though. I like Dandelion. An idiot he is when it comes to most things, but he's still a good, and virtuous kind-hearted lad. I've now come atleast halfway on my ng+ save from that very playthrough, and knowing that I could have Ciri come and visit, provided I make the correct choices, shall prove that Triss' and Yennefer's love can be easily resisted, with no problem whatsoever. I did have sexy-time with Keira though, just before I sent her to Kaer Morhen. She'll be quite busy with another fellow witcher anyway, and Geralt, I feel, might just have needed that "one night stand" before he commits himself as a settled wine maker and full time dad. That is, off course, until Ciri decides to take her leave, and Geralt's left alone wondering what he did wrong -- still, not even close to grasping the process of how girls grow up, and how it works. The wine shall therefore come in handy.

My greed for trophies got me into Triss' romance.
I've always thought Yen was Geralt's true love, in both: the books and the games.
I would have rather had Yen or Ciri at Corvo Bianco. Having Triss makes me feel like my vinyard is pointless if I am supposed to follow her to Kovir after some time. Plus, she doesn't seem willing to change her mind and stay in Toussaint with Geralt.
Your video poped in my suggestions for reasons and it spoiled the ending....I know it's not your fault...but changing the title or thumbnail maybe?

sucks that you only get one person it should be ciri and either triss or yen...
it looks like u get this ending if u didn't romance anyone in main story I'm guessing, if u had an ending where ciri was still alive that is. they look splendid to see eachother-_-
As cool as it is, it's still kinda weird her hanging out with Daddy Geralt. She's supposed to be her own hero and teleport to... Anywhere. I'm happy with my Yen ending. :)
Ciri only visit if Triss and Yen have dummped Gerald and Ciri is a whicher if she is dead or empress then dendelin comes.
im confused, can someone explain this to me? in the main game she disappeared with Avallach. now she's making references to a bunch of things i dont know...what am i missing? what happened in the meantime while she was gone? it's like we're skipping all of that from the main story and starting fresh here.

Did you kill Ciri? If you finished the game with the witcher ending this happens. Ciri stops the frost, comes back, and becomes a witcher. And she comes to visit you in Corvo Bianco if you didn't romance anyone.
@@nexuswolf780 I"m not sure if she died or not, all I saw was she flew up the thing after Avallach and was hiking up a snow hill. Not sure if she died or not. I probably got the worst endings on all the witcher games but that still doesn't justify the story not adding up for me lol
@@exclusivefresh if you didn't see her come back after it (what you saw was her confronting the White frost) she died.
