It's in the Rain/Snow Mode. That is why the shifting is not working Correctly.

Lol did you leave it in automatic? Downshift does not seem to work

I have to admit that during the drive, I couldn't quite put my finger on what was causing it. Sometimes it would shift up and down, at other times it would not. I will check again with the owner.
