It's honestly really refreshing to watch vlogs of someone you relate to so much, because I definitely feel seen. While watching this I was thinking " I feel the exact same way" so much. Maybe you need to take a mini break for your mental, ya know? Without the camera and other duties. Do some journaling and spend time in nature and just jot down the thoughts that are coming through.

Try to be gentle with yourself in this tough season. Coming from one perfectionist to another, I know how badly you want to roll your eyes at that, but think about how important it is to spend time watching UA-cam with your mom or being offline with Izak. Giving yourself grace and taking care of yourself is important like that too. You are so loved and I am so glad you are here and making content that regularly makes me laugh, cheer for you, and think about how proud I am of all you’ve accomplished ❤

your little talk at the end honestly put words to how i have been feeling. i’ve been in a mental health slump for like three to four weeks and want to get out of it but don’t feel like i can. but then this week especially i’ve felt immense imposter syndrome about it (mainly cause i finally told someone in my life that i wasn’t doing well) and so now ive shifted to thinking that i have no reason to feel this way and shouldn’t feel this way and feel guilty for being so down. but your words and videos truly do bring some light into my day x

It’s so like weird but also kinda comforting to hear you talk about struggling with body image stuff recently. Because I have struggled with that too like my whole life. I watch your videos all the time and I always think how beautiful you are, how I love your clothes and your style, your hair and makeup, etc etc etc!! So you as someone I look at in such a high regard when it comes to image, if you are also struggling with that, it’s just like humbling I guess to know we all have our things. You sound extremely burnt out :( listen to your body and give yourself breathing room to rest and break your routine when you need to - especially with waking up at 5am! If your body won’t wake up, it’s probably a sign you need more sleep. Especially with the half marathon prep you’re doing, you’ll probably need more than usual, probably also why you’ve started taking naps! You’re exhausted and that sleep deprivation will show itself through lack of motivation, your skin, your mood, etc. and it’s not something that more caffeine will fix 🥲
