I have a question for anyone who landed a career in the clinical research field. I am interested in becoming a CRC. I was just wondering, even though it wasn't mentioned in the video that was posted I'm curious about if I would have to take any prerequisite classes or courses. I took it upon myself to take a job as a retail pharmacy technician in training since clinical research pertains to knowledge of medicine and working with the FDA to get new medicine to market. I've also had a pretty lengthy track record as far as working in the medical field. I'm working two jobs currently as a medical assistant for podiatry and as a pharmacy technician in training. I love being a medical assistant the job is straightforward especially since I already have experience and knowledge in the field. The new job I have as a medical assistant was easy for me to catch on, however, the pharmacy job that I have I hate it. With a passion I just can't stand it. I'm just looking for advice because my next move is possibly to just end my job as a retail pharmacy technician in training, even though they provide courses and pay for your board certification exam. Should I stick it out? Is it even necessary or worth the hassle?
Hey! Can you help me how to go into this feild? What is the process? Like as fresher how to approach and whom to approach? Any certifications needed? And what degree required? Please help me.
