Pile 2 here. Well, I just saw him 2 weeks ago after 8 years or so of being apart. I was being myself but he seemed shy and reserved. It's true there has been challenges that got us to be separated so far, & most came from my expectations & self limiting beliefs around my infertility, catastrosphizing because I can't bear children. It made me feel like less than a woman ever since I lost my periods at a too early age. It made me feel unlovable & I completely stopped wanting dating or desiring any true relationship for ages... Until I met him. IHe literally awoke my heart & body, made me feel like I never felt. Like I was alive again. I'm indeed grieving my younger self, when I could have children & wasn't that critical about myself, or feeling defeated. Because I know I've sabotaged that relation that is the most important to me. I went way too far way too soon & it scared him. n fact we're very much bonded & share a lot in common. I'm always alone & he's not a good communicator, no wonder it's hard for me not to project my fears, but I've been healing, trying to find that love inside for myself. Getting there slowly. I know we both need to meet in person, to express ourselves more, be true to each others more, so I don't feel he doesn't care & we don't always argue out of misunderstanding.
