I'm kinda surprised Steve didn't ask why a 17 year old was locked up. The mom kept saying how great her son is & everything. Great people don't get locked up at 17. Had have been pretty bad cause most stuff juveniles just get fined. Also the baby daddy's mom burned probably the last straw with her son's girlfriend with the way she acted when the results were read. All 3 need to grow up.

I was 17 with my first child as well , I’m 52 now . But this girls immature, has a lot of growing up to do! I think she’s really lucky to have this mum and her son stand by her even though we now know the baby isn’t their blood .

I’ve been with my hubby since I was 16. Now 31 years later we have 5 beautiful daughters (three adults and two young ones). We have a beautiful grandson up in heaven and we have another gorgeous grandson here on earth.
This is why girls need to be on birth control if they are having sex at a young age. I don't agree with the fact she had unprotected sex with multiple men around the same time, LADIES TEACH YOUR KIDS THE DANGERS OF UNPROTECTED SEX.

i was with the mom when she said "the baby isnt clean she dont smell like a baby" UNTIL she came out and said "she dont smell like a baby, she smell like similac... bathe her 2 or 3x a day idc". The baby smell IS the formula/milk smell. Babies smell that way BC they eat and drink milk/formula. Adults smell different too based on our diets. You also CANNOT bathe a baby 2 or 3x a day unless theyve had an accident you cant just quickly clean up. Youre not even supposed to do it once DAILY. It weakens the immune system and strips the babys skin of its natural oils and microbiome which is a babys second defense next to breast milk. jfc all late teens and young adults should be required to take Early Childhood Development Classes.

Bathe the baby three times a day?! That’s so bad for a baby’s skin. Doctors tell us to bathe a few times a week and it’s not necessary to bathe babies every day. I did but never twice let alone three times!

That woman should treat the teenaged girl a little better. Guide her into becoming a better mother. She brings up the bad stuff, when she should be telling her that she can do it, and teach her how, weather the baby is her grandchild or not. Like when she went and stole formula for the baby, yes that was ok that she did that, but then use that as a teaching moment to find places like WIC or churches that help families who are struggling. Also maybe how to budget would be good to do. Not go on television and air their dirt. I just think she can be handling this a lot better.
Most States have Wic program and Food stamps. Especially for young mothers. Get your priorities straight and take care of tour kid. Kids are 1st Priority regardless of how old you are
