Earth-3 Crime Syndicate is what the movie Bright Burn was attempting to set up.. If you listen to the end credits, they talk about a woman using a spiked rope causing havoc.. I really hope that they pick this back up in the future.

I LOVE the Crime Syndicate they rock, whenever I watch the 2 Episodes of Avengers Assemble called Avengers Last Stand and Avengers Underground and I see the Squadron Supreme doing Evil stuff it makes me think of these guys. It's interesting to find out that John Stewart is still a hero, despite how Earth-3 is supposed to be. He may murder people, but he's still attempting to help and do the right thing.
I find the concept of Earth-3 fascinating - there's so much potential you can have with mirrored versions of the heroes and villains of the DC universe. Sure, yeah, there's the classic Evil Superman/Justice League, but what would an evil Teen Titans look like? What would a good version of _Joker_ look like? How are the relationships between hero and villain redefined when their morality is flipped? It's why I'm such a big fan of the recent Infinite Frontier Earth-3 miniseries, as I felt that it did a really nice job of exploring the world and the intricacies of how each character is different than the ones we're familiar with.

The Crime Syndicate of America also shows up in LEGO DC Supervillains and play the role of the Justice Syndicate to help Darksied invade Earth but are thwarted by the Legion of Doom and The Rookie a villian from Earth 3 who absorbs super powers at the cost of not being able to speak
I won't lie... I'm not a huge fan of the new "morally gray" version of the CSA that came out of Infinite Frontier. Since they're the evil counterparts of our heroes, I actually don't mind them not being completely evil. On that front, my favorite versions of them are the Crisis on Two Earths version and (ironically) the New 52 version...
I remember seeing these guys in that Justice league movie I definitely liked Ultraman and Owlman. I also noticed how some of the drawn versions of Ultraman's logo is an arrow pointing up lol

I read the Crisis books BEFORE COIE. The crossover with The Crime Syndicate and Per ( pear DeGaTON) Degaton a frutrated lab assistant to Proffesor Zee from 1947 on Earth 2 has tried to conquer the Earth Before. He was the reason the All-Star Squadron was created after Degaton with help managed to defeat the JSA. With help of Wotan he even subdued Dr.Fate and the Spectre. Later in the comic crossover Crisis on three Earths he teamed up with the Crime Syndicate and Conqured Earth 2 in 1942. One heck of a story that they stole the nuclear weapons from Cuba in 1962 on Earth Prime where the only superheroes were in comic books. The world died in nuclear flame. And as soon as the Syndicate tried to act against Degaton they were transported to Earth 1 and the Justice League HQ which was the satelite. It was a team up of the JLA, The WW2 All Star-Squadron and JSA from the 1980s , who finally beat them. I think that 6 part miniseries was quite epic. 3 different eras. 3 different Earths. And the prison in Limbo. Not much of a spoiler to say the bubble was not mean't to contain either Firestorms nuclear energy or Starman's cosmic rod. The heroes escaped to Earth Prime. You see the danger of a meglo-maniacal lab assistant to a Scientist who created a time machine, who steals technology 40 years ahead in time. Uses brainwashed prisoners as storm troopers and teams up with Supervillians. These charachters make for great stories.

I prefer the crime syndicate and Ultraman to anything like Injustice, I think it’s a mix of they’re not always the same people as the main universe but have the superpowers and they began evil, Injustice implied that all versions of superman had the possibility to be evil. In Earth 3 they just love crime

I have a feeling that the Crime Syndicate don't own pets because they killed their pets while the Legion of Justice have the good version of their villain counterparts' pets whom they love and took care of.
Stories that contain earth-3 characters has always been my fav no matter how good or bad the writing was, always on the front line to get a copy. Can I also say I absolutely loved the voice acting of ultraman and Johnny quick In crisis of two earth. Not to mention owlman who’s a big time fan fav that never disappoints

I learned about the anti matter wave because of this video and was expecting exactly how they came out. We got see Superwoman's Lasso Of Submission and she look just like her comic counterpart in FOREVER EVIL. Though the DCAU did a good job with the time they was given.

If I have to choose five of my favorite incarnations of the members of the crime syndicate will be: Ultraman: I literally can't chose between Smallville, the pre- crisis and Lego (basically a egomaniac call bully who just wants to prove how strong he is) I have made one of the reasons why I chose these guys it's because they don't have a relationship with superwoman which I really never liked not because they are a bad couple of course they are food because really what any of them get? (I think Grant Morrison only did that to make fun of Ultraman sexuality). Owlman : the anti matter version feel more complete on my opinion. Superwoman: I literally never like her if you ask me I think the infinite frontier have the right idea my amazing her in the Injustice Wonder woman a fascists and opportunistic monster. I think it works as a evil Wonder woman (seriously I get that they don't want to ruin Diana's reputation why do they have to make her Dona Troy but it list makes more sense that making her Lois Lane (quick question did they ever explain how that happened how a random Amazon decided to become a reporter and somehow got the name Lois Lane (for what I hear the answer was no the only real explanation is that Morrison wanted her to be married to Ultraman so he just make her Lois for some reason). Power ring: I almost like the new 52 version he will actually mean that they could be multiple incarnations of power rings my only complaint is that it really did not have to be related to Jessica Cruz origin. I mean a lot of people say that Jessica is their favorite Green lantern but I think what people actually like about her has nothing to do with her origin therefore every adaptation never mentioned in that detail at best they they just give her a Green lantern ring for no reason and that's it. Johnny quick: I think has the same problem as Superwoman but not as bad because he really should just be a evil flash put the name implies that he somehow connected to Johnny quick father of Jesse quick and one of the most iconic members of the All-Star squadron seriously the character even mentions that they never really explained . Probably because they want him to do something more original since we already have so many people flashes John's decided to introduce atomica as a love interest for him as a Bonnie and Clyde type of relationship, personally I really don't like it or care for it but it is actually kind of funny that because of that relationship on Earth 3 is probably the only universe where the atom is a irreplaceable member of the main team (also what is hes design always the worst of the team from the conehead to just wearing very little clothes with Goofy tattoos or a ugly super Saiyan hair Johnny just never got a good design)

My Alternate Orgin: Superman went through endless pain when Batman caused the Tower of Babel condition. When he figured out Blue Kryptonite would weaken him because of the change, he depowered, but was driven mad out of pure rage for Batman. Killed everyone in Gotham except a villain who became Owlman. Wonder Woman is Lois Lane pulled from the Injustice story and resurrected. Driven mad because Clark murdered her and her kid, she played on Big Blue for a Super serum and got it. Then had Owlman make it better in which she used to make her own Henchmen. Owlman used a weaker serum and got a lot stronger himself. Johnny Quick is actually Mirror Master who lost his way in the mirror universe... got a shot to kill Flash and did it when he was running into a mystical realm and got zapped at the same time he pulled the Lightning Gun killing him. He becomes Johnny Quick. Mantis killed an evil Aquaman at great cost. Gained the ring because of it. His hatred for white people is truly legendary, but no one knows.

Although, I also gave them opposition, as I had Smallville Figures and a couple others so that they face a Young Justice team. So, my Crime Syndicate consists of; Ultraman Owl Man Power Ring Super Woman Johnny Quick Atomica Deathstorm Joined by; Martian Marauder (Alien looking Martian Manhunter) Scarlet Cyclone (new version Red Tornado) Aqua Lord (Mamoa Aquaman) Zarana (unusual looking Zatanna) Kestrel (alternate Hawkgirl) Black Siren (a very bizarre looking Black Canary I bought as part of a lot) Against them is; Alexander Luthor Kryptonian Clark Kent Green Arrow Aquaman Impulse Steel (I don't like Cyborg in the League, so I say it's John Henry Irons with Luke Cage powers) Lana Lang, the Cheerleader Bruce Wayne Teenage Batgirl Enough to give the Crime Syndicate a good flight.
Bro I read Forever Evil comic last night and I must admit I love their origins especially Owlman. It'll be cool to see The Crime Syndicate vs Flashpoint universe where somehow Batman get Wonder Woman and Aquaman to team up and have Superman join them with others in Flashpoint to stop the crime syndicate. Owlman would be shocked Flashpoint Batman is Thomas Wayne and Owlman would be shocked to see his father or think Flashpoint Batman is real father since he's a jr.

Do you know of all the members of the crime syndicate the one that I dislike the most or at least hasn’t really realize its full potential is superwoman to start I always hate the fact that Morrison decided to make her Lois Lane like what is actually accomplish by doing that (I mean, they never explain how that happened how a random Amazon decided yeah I need our secret identity and I’m going to pretend to be these random reporter or something. I don’t know. Maybe Ultraman also has a secret identity, but they never really develop it which makes the decision better very arbitrary) then the movie decided to make her marry Marvel. The spider clearly still be the wonder, woman of the team it’s funny that we have to wait until infinite from here to just say she’s just an Amazon, but not a evil version of Diana just a version of Donna Troy (at least with owlman Thomas Junior is still a Wayne those we can make the connection with Bruce, but with superwoman it feels like they don’t want to make Diana look bad when we already have seen many evil versions of wonder woman over the years like flashpoint wonder woman or injustice wonder woman that’s the main reason why I think the infinite frontier version is the best.
you forgot to mention the Smallville version of ultraMan (yes it says there that's earth 2 but it still counts) there instead of landing on the farm where the ship landed on the Luthor property where Lionel would do as his son though apparently he would love Lex more this would make ultraman a servant to his father although he would still go around and kill people for fun especially anyone who dared to see his face eventually this ultraMan would travel to mainland and after a confrontation or two with superman he would I would leave you with the thought of maybe not being so bad especially now that it's already layonel free. Of course Ultra Man being Ultraman would be revealed later that he murdered the Oliver Queen of his world and that he was still generally bad until his world obviously disappeared.

hey, I know I am little late but let's speculate, well I think it would be the same as what we have but with some small differences 1) Ayn Rand's ideas would be treated as revolutionary and absolutely true 2) People would prefer utilitarianism, specifically Jeremy Bentham's utilitarianism not John Stuart Mill's utilitarianism, as Mill's version is more "refined" i.e it tries to address moral aspects of utilitarianism and paint it in "good" morality. Plus earth three is a place where power is believed right so they would absolutely be on board with Bentham's hedonistic calculus. 3) rather than plato's and aristotle's virtue is the most important for human beings philosophy, cynicism would be popular? aristotle and plato are complete advocates for virtue and how that is what makes human life worthwhile. even other greek and hellenistic philosophies advocate morality so I believe school of cynicism would be more popular 4) st. augustine would not be tackling the "problem of evil"- "if everything was made by a loving, good and just god who is perfect, how and why does evil exist? " rather he would be held as the one who proves why evil is the natural state of things and why things should remain evil. 5) Liberalism would also be the big thing. as liberalism advocates that the government exist to provide the maximization of individual freedom. something earth 3 people would like as they would love a no holds bar anything I can do with my power thing this is why despite the reverse morality we see the same political structure as us, however there would be a constant struggle between liberalism and authoritarianism as we see the crime syndicate/ crime society are trying to take over everything aka a simplistic version of authoritarianism. 5) finally maybe the characters of philosophers themselves would be switched possibly, a) rather than being imprisoned under false charges and excuted maybe socrates was trying to gain a cult and overthrow the greek government b) maybe saint augustine stays a juvenile delinquent and never turns to christianity and become a saint. c) Maybe st. aquinas is the one who does augustine's work rather than work on the arguments proving existence of God That's all I could think of and thank for everyone who read till the the end💖💗 Hope you liked the answer

Since they're the evil counterparts of our heroes, I actually don't mind them not being completely evil. On that front, my favorite versions of them are the Crisis on Two Earths version and (ironically) the New 52 version...

The Earth 3 and the Crime Syndicate is my favorite earth and team. I think we should have a set of comics solely for those guys and their world.

I read the Crisis books BEFORE COIE. The crossover with The Crime Syndicate and Per ( pear DeGaTON) Degaton a frutrated lab assistant to Proffesor Zee from 1947 on Earth 2 has tried to conquer the Earth Before. He was the reason the All-Star Squadron was created after Degaton with help managed to defeat the JSA. With help of Wotan he even subdued Dr.Fate and the Spectre. Later in the comic crossover Crisis on three Earths he teamed up with the Crime Syndicate and Conqured Earth 2 in 1942. One heck of a story that they stole the nuclear weapons from Cuba in 1962 on Earth Prime where the only superheroes were in comic books. The world died in nuclear flame. And as soon as the Syndicate tried to act against Degaton they were transported to Earth 1 and the Justice League HQ which was the satelite. It was a team up of the JLA, The WW2 All Star-Squadron and JSA from the 1980s , who finally beat them. I think that 6 part miniseries was quite epic. 3 different eras. 3 different Earths. And the prison in Limbo. Not much of a spoiler to say the bubble was not mean't to contain either Firestorms nuclear energy or Starman's cosmic rod. The heroes escaped to Earth Prime.
You see the danger of a meglo-maniacal lab assistant to a Scientist who created a time machine, who steals technology 40 years ahead in time. Uses brainwashed prisoners as storm troopers and teams up with Supervillians. These charachters make for great stories.

I prefer the crime syndicate and Ultraman to anything like Injustice, I think it’s a mix of they’re not always the same people as the main universe but have the superpowers and they began evil, Injustice implied that all versions of superman had the possibility to be evil. In Earth 3 they just love crime

Stories that contain earth-3 characters has always been my fav no matter how good or bad the writing was, always on the front line to get a copy. Bro did you just see justice league crisis on infinited earths? I watched it last night and was very impressed seeing the crime syndicate on earth three. I learned about the anti matter wave because of this video and was expecting exactly how they came out. We got see Superwoman's Lasso Of Submission and she look just like her comic counterpart in FOREVER EVIL. Though the DCAU did a good job with the time they was given.

If I have to choose five of my favorite incarnations of the members of the crime syndicate will be:
Ultraman: I literally can't chose between Smallville, the pre- crisis and Lego (basically a egomaniac call bully who just wants to prove how strong he is) I have made one of the reasons why I chose these guys it's because they don't have a relationship with superwoman which I really never liked not because they are a bad couple of course they are food because really what any of them get? (I think Grant Morrison only did that to make fun of Ultraman sexuality).
Owlman : the anti matter version feel more complete on my opinion.
Superwoman: I literally never like her if you ask me I think the infinite frontier have the right idea my amazing her in the Injustice Wonder woman a fascists and opportunistic monster. I think it works as a evil Wonder woman (seriously I get that they don't want to ruin Diana's reputation why do they have to make her Dona Troy but it list makes more sense that making her Lois Lane (quick question did they ever explain how that happened how a random Amazon decided to become a reporter and somehow got the name Lois Lane (for what I hear the answer was no the only real explanation is that Morrison wanted her to be married to Ultraman so he just make her Lois for some reason).
Power ring: I almost like the new 52 version he will actually mean that they could be multiple incarnations of power rings my only complaint is that it really did not have to be related to Jessica Cruz origin. I mean a lot of people say that Jessica is their favorite Green lantern but I think what people actually like about her has nothing to do with her origin therefore every adaptation never mentioned in that detail at best they they just give her a Green lantern ring for no reason and that's it.
Johnny quick: I think has the same problem as Superwoman but not as bad because he really should just be a evil flash put the name implies that he somehow connected to Johnny quick father of Jesse quick and one of the most iconic members of the All-Star squadron seriously the character even mentions that they never really explained . Probably because they want him to do something more original since we already have so many people flashes John's decided to introduce atomica as a love interest for him as a Bonnie and Clyde type of relationship, personally I really don't like it or care for it but it is actually kind of funny that because of that relationship on Earth 3 is probably the only universe where the atom is a irreplaceable member of the main team (also what is hes design always the worst of the team from the conehead to just wearing very little clothes with Goofy tattoos or a ugly super Saiyan hair Johnny just never got a good design)

Superman went through endless pain when Batman caused the Tower of Babel condition. When he figured out Blue Kryptonite would weaken him because of the change, he depowered, but was driven mad out of pure rage for Batman.
Killed everyone in Gotham except a villain who became Owlman.
Wonder Woman is Lois Lane pulled from the Injustice story and resurrected. Driven mad because Clark murdered her and her kid, she played on Big Blue for a Super serum and got it. Then had Owlman make it better in which she used to make her own Henchmen.
Owlman used a weaker serum and got a lot stronger himself.
Johnny Quick is actually Mirror Master who lost his way in the mirror universe... got a shot to kill Flash and did it when he was running into a mystical realm and got zapped at the same time he pulled the Lightning Gun killing him.
He becomes Johnny Quick.
Mantis killed an evil Aquaman at great cost. Gained the ring because of it. His hatred for white people is truly legendary, but no one knows.

Bro I read Forever Evil comic last night and I must admit I love their origins especially Owlman. It'll be cool to see The Crime Syndicate vs Flashpoint universe where somehow Batman get Wonder Woman and Aquaman to team up and have Superman join them with others in Flashpoint to stop the crime syndicate. Owlman would be shocked Flashpoint Batman is Thomas Wayne and Owlman would be shocked to see his father or think Flashpoint Batman is real father since he's a jr.

Do you know of all the members of the crime syndicate the one that I dislike the most or at least hasn’t really realize its full potential is superwoman to start I always hate the fact that Morrison decided to make her Lois Lane like what is actually accomplish by doing that (I mean, they never explain how that happened how a random Amazon decided yeah I need our secret identity and I’m going to pretend to be these random reporter or something. I don’t know. Maybe Ultraman also has a secret identity, but they never really develop it which makes the decision better very arbitrary) then the movie decided to make her marry Marvel. The spider clearly still be the wonder, woman of the team it’s funny that we have to wait until infinite from here to just say she’s just an Amazon, but not a evil version of Diana just a version of Donna Troy (at least with owlman Thomas Junior is still a Wayne those we can make the connection with Bruce, but with superwoman it feels like they don’t want to make Diana look bad when we already have seen many evil versions of wonder woman over the years like flashpoint wonder woman or injustice wonder woman that’s the main reason why I think the infinite frontier version is the best.

you forgot to mention the Smallville version of ultraMan (yes it says there that's earth 2 but it still counts) there instead of landing on the farm where the ship landed on the Luthor property where Lionel would do as his son though apparently he would love Lex more this would make ultraman a servant to his father although he would still go around and kill people for fun especially anyone who dared to see his face eventually this ultraMan would travel to mainland and after a confrontation or two with superman he would I would leave you with the thought of maybe not being so bad especially now that it's already layonel free. Of course Ultra Man being Ultraman would be revealed later that he murdered the Oliver Queen of his world and that he was still generally bad until his world obviously disappeared.

What I mean is that I was only the other day playing and talking openly about Lego DC Supervillains and explaining what I understand about the plot. Then again it could also be because I like and frequently watch clips of all the various DC cartoons and specials. But good explanation of the topic.

hey, I know I am little late but let's speculate,
well I think it would be the same as what we have but
with some small differences
1) Ayn Rand's ideas would be treated as revolutionary and absolutely true
2) People would prefer utilitarianism, specifically Jeremy Bentham's utilitarianism not John Stuart Mill's utilitarianism, as Mill's version is more "refined" i.e it tries to address moral aspects of utilitarianism and paint it in "good" morality. Plus earth three is a place where power is believed right so they would absolutely be on board with Bentham's hedonistic calculus.
3) rather than plato's and aristotle's virtue is the most important for human beings philosophy, cynicism would be popular? aristotle and plato are complete advocates for virtue and how that is what makes human life worthwhile. even other greek and hellenistic philosophies advocate morality so I believe school of cynicism would be more popular
4) st. augustine would not be tackling the "problem of evil"- "if everything was made by a loving, good and just god who is perfect, how and why does evil exist? "
rather he would be held as the one who proves why evil is the natural state of things and why things should remain evil.
5) Liberalism would also be the big thing. as liberalism advocates that the government exist to provide the maximization of individual freedom. something earth 3 people would like as they would love a no holds bar anything I can do with my power thing
this is why despite the reverse morality we see the same political structure as us,
however there would be a constant struggle between liberalism and authoritarianism
as we see the crime syndicate/ crime society are trying to take over everything aka a simplistic version of authoritarianism.
5) finally maybe the characters of philosophers themselves would be switched possibly,
a) rather than being imprisoned under false charges and excuted maybe socrates was trying to gain a cult and overthrow the greek government
b) maybe saint augustine stays a juvenile delinquent and never turns to christianity and become a saint.
c) Maybe st. aquinas is the one who does augustine's work rather than work on the arguments proving existence of God
