Very cool! Been watching your videos for some time. Great stuff! This project reminds me of a couple of Tamiya's 1/16 MG42 gunners I've seen that were made into ghostly skeletal figures.
Interesting, a good idea for improving it could be finding an human skull in scale, to replace figure 's head, with the helmet on should be very spooky.

I don't know if you ever read the comic book but I think the first was a Stuart, then a Sherman with a Pershing turret and the last was a mix of Pershing with T-34 suspension (read that on an old Scale Modeler magazine) Hope you and your loved ones have a great/safe week. Now THAT'S a cool little project! I'm thinking you could also do a conversion akin to the mutants from Ralph Bakshi's classic film Wizards. A lot of them wore German Stahlhelms.
