I've dealt with a lot of planners over my 15 years with Swift.. most are not so good and don't seem to listen. I've also found a lot of planners will completely ignore the macro 10 (since we can't call planners directly), and will try to be spiteful if you don't accept a load they've given you. The absolutely BEST planner I've dealt with is Tisha Freed, and because of the relationship that I've built with her over the years I'll do almost anything she requests because I know that she'll return the favor when needed.
Agree, changes need to be made in planning department. Yes, we need more human contact with planners, please focus on home time for the driver, The ratio not good for a driver on time home call. Overall planning department is a difficult job hat's off each everyone.....

I cant wait to drive for Swift in the future. I have priorities to focus on at the moment, but youre on the radar as my next step.

I like my planner. Can we get rid of old LAZY dedicated Driver Leaders who've been sitting at home over a year not taking their job seriously?
