Most of us can watch this review and this awesome car over and over again! :P Absolutely gorgeous!
I certainly hope you did. But seriously, thanks for the support!
Anytime! :-)
Excellent vid without going into a full track session!
Thanks!
What a beauty! *drools*
It doesn't come with a bib.
Very nice review Mr. Gadget!
+I AM GOD THE SOOTH SAYER Thanks!
these are some great angles in this vid. Nice to see one without the black wheels. think ima get one of these.
+Max Kors Much appreciated!
Great review. More about the driving experience would be great. More initial reaction footage might make it more entertaining.
Thank you! Yes, we would eventually like to include this. We're just always working against the clock and how many views our videos get. Which I know doesn't sound fair (or perhaps smart), but we have to be realistic on where we can spend our time with the car, is all. Thanks for dropping a comment! Keep 'em coming.
I wish there was a lap and describing for the driving joy .. everything else is just classy and fantastic guys keep up the great job !
Thank you! I might upload a PDR video very very soon. And while we'd love to have more driving impressions, we just didn't have the time. We did this all in a matter of a few hours.
Nevertheless, thank you for the support/comment. Feedback is always, always good.

Richard Joash Tan Actually we're here: www.springmountainmotorsports.com/ But to your point, Car and Drive probably did test there as that is where Chevy did some testing. They tried to go to the Nurburg, but they got rained out. Still waiting on that number!!!
***** thanks!
Giggity, I love this vid. I've watched it roughly 100 times. Great cinematography, and even your music compliments the video well. Just a wonderful 4 minute clip. I subscribed to your channel just from this. If I want a longer, or more critical, or more in depth review, I'll have to watch another channel - which is fine - stick to what you're good at. Even after watching every other available video to get more details or insight, I come back to this one for the great views and sound. You should get into the advertising business. At the very least, you should contact my local dealer, pretty sure they owe you part of their sales commission.
Matt C Thank you! Much appreciated!
thanks for playing music during exhaust note.
good review
Thank you!!!
Songs used?
Red one please
Theres always a critic, I think it was fine, and thats the diff. Between an amateur & a Professional
Thank you.
Do you really want me to subscribe after that review??
Indeed. So what are you waiting for?!?! Get subscribing!
It's top speed is over 200 mph not 186. Get your info right. 186 is the top speed on the base stingray.
Sorry. You're wrong, at least according to the product manager. It's not a lack of power, but the aero of the car.
Which car is better the corvette z06 2015 or the jaguar f type coupe r 2015??? I need help. I want to buy a car but I don't know what to choose.
Both are amazing cars. If you're looking for something that makes good gas milage when you need it, insane power when you want it and fairly accessible parts, the Corvette simply because of the 100,000 mile warranty, the fact that it is GM, and cost of maintenance. However, if none of that matters to you, and you are looking for an okay everyday driver, and an absolute killer on the track (depending of on the skill you have behind the wheel), and a good show toy, I would go with the Jaguar. Not saying the Vette can't handle its own on the track, (it can, my God it can), but the F-type is just more satisfying going around and much more confidence inspiring. Plus it looks better in Yellow.
+cromatinc the z06 would turn more heads, i promise you, and if that doesnt matter to you, it sounds at least 10x better in my opinion, and if that still doesnt matter, this car is faster
Vette is still best US sports car and its gaining fast growing respect in Europe. Now just make some Z06R version with less weight (like 458 Speciale or 911 GT3 RS) and I will be buying it.
What would you be willing to pay for this?
***** 10% on total price is reasonable. It all depends what kind of weight savings it is and its never only that. If you look competitors they are tweaking suspension + engine as well. 2nd if its supercharged, people wont pay same amount of money for tweak as they would do for NA engine. Again, going back to 911RS, they charge hefty price for those few extra horses. Not to mention things like Li-ion battery...
Dalibor Gmaz which is on par with what the Z07 package costs. That said, those Cup 2 tires (basically slicks) are probably 600-700$ a piece. The brakes are 8-10000$ and the stage 3 aero kit, which is largely carbon fiber (save for the rear wing) is probably, well, not cheap.
I think they should make a Carbon Edition for those will to pay the hefty price. With this package you would get the entire car or at 75-80% in carbon fiber. Fenders, doors, rear panels, EVERYTHING!!. But seriously. I would Pay $175,000 or more for an entirely carbon fibered Z06. Seriously I would... If I had the money.
+D Gmaz respect and fear haha
This or a used r8 spyder?
Jeffrey Formeister Honestly, they're different beasts. The R8 is AWD and without a doubt easier to drive. Accelerate too hard and the Vette will bite you. Nevertheless, bang for buck it's hard to beat.
top speed of 186mph? I don't think so. The old z06 did 198. I'm pretty sure this will do at least 200.
That's the general consensus. However, we were told specifically by Chevy that the Z06's aero reduces the car's top speed to 186. And this was told in the context of the past Z06.
If you can test the acceleration it will be batter bra.!
Nice review ....next time stop talking like a movie trailer
I can't help myself. :)
***** I loved it, thanks! :-)
I've actually never enjoyed this exhaust note
The z06 would look so much better in cyber gray. Shark gray is stupid!
Shark Gray > Cyber Gray any day. That color just makes the car look badass!
+Bryan Ali
Trust me, if you see this car lined up in different color choices, you will have an EXTREMELY difficult time chosing. Each time I see a C7 Z06 in a particular color and thinks it looks great, the next one seems to look better.
