I wish you get a good opportunity with good Salary hike, Can you tell me or make a video When should we start looking for a switch like after how many days of experience, how and where to find it ? through LinkedIn connections asking them for referal or by directly applying in their careers portal
And another thing is if say we have 1.8 or around 2 yr exp but in the JD they mentioned 2+ or 2.5+ exp should we apply in that and in JD if they mention too many things which we didn't use in our current project what to do in that situation should we apply for that position by learning some basics of those techs or we shouldn't apply to that one, Kindly give some suggestions according to your experience.

Not switched yet, I have been given a recent interview

Yes. Received HR call after one week

In technical round 2 itself they covered managerial round too, after that directly HR call for package discussion
If we request for location change.. how many days it ll take
Mostly they are not allowing relocation, if the discussion has happened already and they approved for the relocation, then it would take around a week
