Germany needs doctors, but a good question would be what is actually offered for doctors? Salary is not so spectacular and working hours are crazy. Better to pursue a career in Sweden or Switzerland.
I agree, those are also the reasons why there is a shortage. If the workconditions were rosy, they would not need foreigners to fill the positions. For the same reason, the pathway is more difficult in Scandinavia and Switzerland for non EU Doctors.
@@docdeemishra I know, it is insane! But, I also heard from a Serbian colleague that her colleagues who face issues with Approbation in Germany, went afterwards to Switzerland and finally settled down there.

Will try to do that, thank you for the suggestion. An increasing problem in dental care is the age structure of dentists. According to current figures from the German Dental Association (BZÄK), the average age of the 72,589 working dentists is 48.6 years. By 2030, it is estimated that one in two dentists could retire. This could lead to a shortage of dentists in rural areas.
Doctor do you think Germany will become saturated for IMGs in 10 to 15 years? As this is when I can apply there. Specifically for surgical specialties such as neurosurgery

Thanks you sir for updatins us about the situation. Please, i got l diplome in russia, but i have not worked there ( i only got licence from my home country) do i still need q certificat of good standing from russia?
Hi doctor ..i just have one question if you could please answer.. what are the chances of a newly graduated doctor with no experience (after getting the approbation and all requirments) to get a job contract ..how long would it take and are the chances availble
Hello. Thank you for this video. During internal medecine training in germany, is there any mentorship or we have to learn everything by ourselves? As in uk ,usa or elswhere we do get mentorship. Thanks you
the negative point about PG in Germany is that, at most Hospitals, your training is your own responsibility. There is no mentorship system, it all depends upon your own initiative and hardwork. As per the contract, you will work for 40 hrs per week, for anything more you are entitled to more payment. You know that learning takes time and effort, so to learn one has to give more free time to it.
Thanks a lot sir. I'm going to be in my 3rd year next month, and have already done with my A1 level. I'm planning for 2025 move to Germany , and will be doing my Post grad there. Will i get a job there at that time?
Hlo sir iam fmge completed my mbbs from Philippines and I passed MCI and I have a registration from india am I eligible to apply for pg in German??? Thank u hoping for your reply
Hello doctor mishra i am still in 4th year already started with the german levels. I was aiming for a 2028 move to Germany should i go ahead with my german plan or should i go the PLAB route ?

Romania is a EU Country, in my knowledge all EU Degrees are accepted reciprocally throughout EU. So no KP.

Both places have their pros n cons, but good thing is you a huge amount of time to weigh your options and decide.
German language is a challenge .Uk is far better to get job and excel
Agree, the language is huge barrier which very often stunts your professional growth.
