i couldn’t understand before but, since the big box is divided by six little boxes you need to have the numbers from 1 to 9 in each little box but there is rows and in the rows you can’t have the same numbers they all have to be different numbers from one to 9, f that makes sense
i couldn't really understand it either though the version i play is Killer Sudoku (same company, so its the same app as this but just different sudoku style) its the same layout and premise, except it gives you "Cages" with a total number of which each number inside needs to equal to. though i was making mistakes with the normal sudoku rules, Killer sudoku helped me understand and learn quicker. idk if this makes much sense but i hope it does LOL

It’s actually really easy. You fill each of the 9 boxes, 9 rows, 9 columns with the digits 1 to 9.
