Where I live in Wales, it has outstanding beauty and awesome scenery but Glen Duror is amazing the colours are outstanding would like to visit with my camera one day
Spent a year in North Wales many years ago and have very fond memories. I am looking forward to visiting again, hopefully this year, for some hiking and camping. 🏕️
If you take the Auchindarroch turn off of the A828 and park in the forestry commission car park, you only have a 2 mile easy walk in. Just don’t miss the big bolders where you leave the forestry track like I did 🤦♂️

Very informative and great views you cant beat a bothy night at this time of year.
Hard to imagine what it would have been like to have lived there permanently, 300 years ago.

This bothy looks safe it has a inside lock. So you can sleep without someone barge in.
A compost toilet and a tap for water would be perfect.
Id love to be able to travel and see places like this, it loos so peaceful and quiet, and the view must be amazing
