They make an all black Jacob Grey TWC BLACK and it has a DLC barrel and full grip texture all away around the grip module. Also a black skeletonized trigger. The frame and slide are steel and the “grip module” is billet aluminum. Just fyi. Thanks for sharing!
I’m loving your videos and collections!! I don’t know a ton about UA-cam algorithms but I have heard that doing “shorts” has really boosted people’s visibility. You have such a nice collection you could easily start busting out some “shorts” with your 2011’s and I bet it would really get people over to your channel. I’ve heard people say do one a day and it’s massive for their channel. Just wanted to try and help cause I’d love to see your content succeed!!

Nice vid! I believe JG recently released the TWC Black. It has more grip texture, tooless guide rod, skeletonized trigger. They also added a DPP plate. I believe the also reshaped the trigger guard, so surefires can fit better. I have an earlier TWC 9. I know this because my box is different, plainer. Very solid pistol in my humble opinion. Fitment is crazy good. Let us know the SRO works out. I thought about it, but the overhang on the ejection port worried me.

Obviously I wish I had been able to pick that up, but I’m still stoked on this version. I may end up doing some modifications to it, particularly the grip. It’s good to hear from someone that has one & is happy with it. I appreciate that. Also, I have other 2011’s where the SRO hangs over in a similar way, and it just requires cleaning the window more often. Thanks for the comment & tuning in!

@@TheWeaponCollective Shoots very nice, the grip bothered me at first but I don't notice or lose my grip shooting. I also purchased their tool less guide rod, atlas or dawaons require fitting.Sent mine to magnaport for there 450 ports, I would recommend..

@@TheWeaponCollective I’ve put a couple thousand rounds through mine if the optic has issues you have to make sure that the t nut is set flush into the plate. If not they break off. I called Jacob grey they sent new ones next day . 10in/lbs and it’s good to go . Twc black has the more aggressive texture on it just released yesterday.

Jeff, can you do a video on all the pistol optics you use with pros and cons of each, failures you’ve had in the past, and what you’d recommend. Seems like you have a lot of experience with different pistol optics from all the videos I’ve seen you posting.

@@Thomas-vt7cz my friend is getting ready to trade his sticcato c on a Jacob grey . We shot them side by side both agreed the twc is smoother and less flip for the same size frame.

They just released the twc black. Put a tool less guide rod in, laser cut some texture on the grip and blacked out the barrel.
