- Hey everyone! Today, we're making a classic Indian sweet, Nariyal Ke Ladoo (Coconut Ladoo)! These delicious coconut balls are perfect for any occasion and super easy to make.
What You'll Need:
2 cups Desiccated Coconut
2 cup Milk
1 Cup Milk Solid
1/4 cup Ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
Chopped Almonds or Pistachios (optional, for garnish)
Let's Make Ladoo!
Melt the Ghee: Heat ghee in a pan over low heat.
Roast the Coconut: Add the desiccated coconut to the melted ghee and roast for a few minutes until it turns golden brown and fragrant.
Sweeten It Up: Add the condensed milk to the coconut mixture and stir continuously until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Flavor Boost: Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Shape the Ladoo: Let the mixture cool slightly before shaping it into small balls.
Garnish (Optional): Press a chopped almond or pistachio on top of each ladoo for decoration.
Tips:
