- Welcome to our channel! We are Helene and Andreas and are currently sailing around the world.
In this first video we show you our floating home! Wapiti is a Lagoon 380 S2 owners version catamaran, built in France 2012.
We bought her in the winter of 2017, and moved aboard one year later. Come along as we give you a below decks tour and show you how we live.
Wapiti is currently in the Galapagos islands, but this video was filmed in the beautiful islands of San Blas/Kuna Yala, Panama. We are on our way through the pacific islands. Follow our journey by subscribing to our channel and follow us on social media;

Give us more!
Nice video, keep us updated on your channel. Do you mind if ask, on how much was the total cost did you pay for the lagoon? Im also looking forward to know on how fast the boat can go.
Harold Kim Hi Harald! Thanks for the comment, glad you liked the video! It is hard to say the exact cost due to currency conversions and all the upgrades we have done to the boat. We might get more into that in a later video. We can however say that the boat was in mint condition and it was priced like similar boats on the marker:-)
Please include what you spent on your boat after you bought it, Batteries conversion etc. Thank You, I will buy a boat next year....

Looking for a 380 I just found Björn and Torvi....how cool is that?!?...where is Ragnar and Lagertha?!?
was just wondering if , storing stuff on top of engine was wise, regarding heat dissipation air circulation
We loved the portable freezer you showed. What brand, where can we buy one?
It is a dometic 35, we got ours off Amazon.
So there is some sort of power plug in that locker to power freezer?
No, unfortunately not, but it was fairly easy to install a 12v plug from behind the wall in our cabin.
I would like to offer a suggestion, in the bathroom without a separate shower, since usually everything gets wet when using the manual shower head, why not use a circular shower curtain on a track supported on the ceiling. It would seem to me that it would solve the problem of getting everything wet and having to wipe dry everything.
Hi! Sorry for the very late response, internett has been difficult lately!
That is absolutely a great idea. We rarely use that shower since we have been in the tropics and prefer to shower outside. That will definetaley change once we sail further south or north and then the shower curtain will likely come into consideration again:) Thanks for the comment and tip.
Where do you prep food inside?
We often sit down in the sofa and use the main table for prepping food, especially when underway (as it's better to sit in rolling sea). If we're only chopping a few vegetables, we do that over the sinks or on top of the fridge. There is a tray that fits over the stairs down on starboard side that increase kitchen surfaces, but we never use it as we are happy with what we've got :)
Pm me if you are struggling to sell her in Australia
How do these youngsters afford this? So lucky. Maybe the rob banks
