Also natures force could be a good plant move for it instead of having to run a colossotrops 2.0 but worse. vice jaws description fits how behemoroth would fight as it would”clamp down” on the enemy and with its tusks and massive size you can tell it probably does that. Lava slash you could give it thought it seems somewhat out of place, if there was an eruption type move but melee I think it should get it since it is the land titan kind of like Groudon Also with rogue assault running boots sets would feel more worth it rather than just a wallbreaker
