We went from 2,100 sq warehouse in the spring down to 700 sq of storage and home office of maybe 250 sq more. No more death pile , if it sits for 15 days it gets donated
I ended up buying 3 8x40ft steel shipping containers and putting wall to wall racks, works really well. Got all 3 containers for 4 grand delivered. I ran power to them for lights and they store a ton of items. Now I dont have any overhead.
You should do a video going over all the equipment you have! Would be helpful! I see lots of things I’ve never even though to get that would be so useful for my setup!

Okay, full disclosure. How much of the downsize was to lower the amount of physical work and was there any, say, "I had to do this because my previous model was not sustainable or losing money "? Are you focusing on improving your metrics? When you showed us some screens before there seemed to be some that were not being kept up with (returns, messages, questions, ship nows, etc). Did you already have the supply channels figured out prior to the move and if so how much did that influence the decision to move? I think everyone's goal should be similar, where we move to more expensive items rather than just volume. Keep it up!

Looks like a good move. At Castle AFB from 83-87 and lived on Loughborough Dr for awhile so I know Merced a little. I try to explain to people what the fog is like but they just don't understand 😂😂
You made a smart move instead of pay like 1500 rent for ware house you pay like 100 a month for each storage unit also you can store same amount of item you had in like 4 storage units you prob saved your self 1000 from when renting a warehouse

Where did you get them? Also, is there any prep needed and zoning for the land before you have them delivered?
@@412Shop I got them off FB marketplace. I own my own home with a good amount of land, away from other people, so I didn't have an issue.
