What if the GA was 12 weeks and the placenta invaded the myometrium completely?

In our infertility practice we always order a pregnancy test 15 days from ovulation and one week later a transvaginal scan .. all ectopic pregnancies should be detected no more than 6-7 weeks..

Agreed! This patient was transferred to us from an outside centre at this gestational age, so our journey started with them on that day.
