A fan recently found the code for the algorithm that Pyritium uses to calculate your level, so you can try it out yourself if you want:

I'm glad that someone makes dedicated videos to the old age of Roblox. It's sad that I can't enjoy this game the same way I did back in 2012, but atleast I'm stuck with some fond memories.

as an adult who lives through his video game glory days from the late 2000s and early 2010s, your videos and research on the communities we had make me feel like i really was apart of something. roblox was a game i found in second grade from a friend, and quickly it turned in to so much more. i still have friendships ive made over the forums. every video i watch from you brings me in to nostalgia

I was actually on the ROBLOX HQ forums back when they were still up! I'll say this, while they definitely had a better community than the ROBLOX forums did, they still had their fair share of bad apples, even before the infamous April 2011 incident that led to clockwork shutting the forums down (though you've pointed out that the cost of the servers might've contributed too. I do remember ROBLOX HQ being temporarily replaced with a GoDaddy parking page back in March 2010). Nevertheless I'll always have some memories from the ROBLOX HQ forums!
As a sidenote, some ex-RHQ user (I believe his name was Milez though I'm not 100% sure) tried to make a site called RockHardQuarry as a replacement forum after the RHQ forums shutdown in 2011, though this site didn't really get anywhere.
you're in luck that the man himself managed to see this. i'm pretty sure i was never the owner of RHQ replacements however in one or two of them i did get picked as a mod/admin of them. there's unironically been like 3 or 4 of them because rhq's remnant's would get in a fight with whoever was operating the newest one and run off to make their own one with blackjack and hookers.
i can't tell you who was the owner of those offshoots (it was a different guy every time), and i've spent the rest of my life trying to forget about it. the site was okay but it also left every single one of us with a psychosis for life.
Great video, but I would also make one for total item value, not just limiteds, like onsale, and even offsale items (for the price they were orig listed at), and then limiteds as well, because the overall value of the account should be included. Great video regardless its just something i'd like to see included in a new calculator.
That's a good point. I think the optimal calculator could also include some sort of points-value system for valuing offsales/event items based on rarity, age, etc, but that would be pretty hard to implement.

About 3.5 years ago I met a guy in bee swarm simulator who was a dev in 2010 I started playing often with him and I even found out he speaks my mother language, he also was the reason why I got interesseted in roblox history because he joined in 2009 and all his friends have their level in their description

Took the calculator test and got a 91 on my first attempt. Then factored in that someone botted my followers, which seemed to skew the data, so I subtracted the bot followers and ended up with an 88. Pretty good I think

Just checked out Pyritium’s and I’m currently at lvl 39. My account is from 2013 but I believe majority the points came from badges and followers lmao. My friends are only for personal close friends that I actually know, and I only started decorating my avatar back in 2019 (which meant I was rocking the classic look for 6 years lmao). Oh and I have like 0 place visits since I don’t have a place.

In pyritium level calculator i managed to get above 100, i forgot if it was 106 or 108, which is quite cool. I believe it's caused by the amount of visits i have and the amount of accesories i have.

I visited the game and at 1st joined and it said I was a rank 39 but I used the manual calculator and it said 47 probably because the automatic one dosent know that I’ve been on Roblox longer than my new account which is a total of 7 years, 1 page of hats, 13 friends, 2 offical badges, 7 followers and 5.3 thousand place visits
When I visited Pyritium's Level Calculator, It automatically gave me the 49 Level (So close to 50!)

Well, NOW he is, but yeah he didn't used to be. Originally Shedletsky was his alt and Telamon was his main but he basically switched everything about Telamon to Shedletsky at some point, including the account ID iirc

(I'll be honest, I forgot about the original Shedletsky account, especially since Telamon was his main until sometime in 2014. I distinctly remember that year because he tried to scam some limiteds off of me lol)
level 130 is not possible in the level calculator you showed as i put maximum stats and it capped out at 129
