I noticed that you've used the J&P video for removing the tank. The giveaway was your mention of the rubber mallet and clipping zip ties from under the tank. When I got ready to change the bars on my bike, I looked everywhere on the internet for videos and eventually found that the "Indian Challenger air filter removal and inspection" video by Indian that showed a much easier way to remove and replace the fuel tank. Check it out it's so much easier. You don't have to deal with the tank console and lines at all. Good luck.

I watched several videos a while ago just out of curiosity however his method was different than what I had to do. I didn't like because of having to fish the connectors out under the seat. Also I think there were some changes from the 2020 model and the 2023 models I don't have to cut any zip ties those lines are held in place by a groove in the tank. However if you goal was to only change the air filter I'd agree with you to use the Indian air filter maintenance video as reference much simpler. Thanks for watching
