In around 2014 a DJ called Henri Matisse made a megamix called "Gassed: A history of grime." Some of the spoken parts at the beginning of this we're incorporated into it. The mix went missing from the internet a few years back and I've NEVER been able to find it again, but it was absolutely incredible. If anyone knows what happened to it then please let me know 🙏
You seem to know your grime i was looking for a tune that has camera sound samples It was the only beat with camera sounds that was grime. who can help
Abdul Mohamed Most of Danny Weed's instrumentals use the camera sound sample. It was his signature sample. You're most likely looking for _Danny Weed - Salt Beef_. Others: _Danny Weed - Rat Race_ _Danny Weed - Roll Deep Regular (Devils/Bass Mix)_ _Danny Weed and Wiley - Thai Weed_
man, these tunes remind me of why i was getting into grime from early although it was damn hard to get hold of tunes down here in germany, even when man like me was working in a record store. but still i rinsed stuff in loads of radioshows and dj-sets back then... here's a little mix i did back in early 2005... www.mixcloud.com/bazedjunkiii/dubstep-grime-showcase-for-imp-artistscom-early-2005/
6:35 - 6:50 min = Goosebumps.
+Mungz Media i love how the beat is just bass/synths from 7:07 and transitions into the vocal mix at 7:14, really cool with rapids words as well
