As we understood from Dr. Barboi, all medications have side effects - from minor to those that could be worse than the condition they're meant to help. It's up to you and your doctor to decide if the benefits to your MG (to prevent you from falling, or choking, or having trouble breathing) outweigh the risks of taking a particular medication.
my mom diagnoised MG. with droopy right eyelid, double vision and had with controlled blood sugar but after starting with medications for MG,.. Azoran50mg twice a day, tilstigmin15mg 4times a day , Gravitir60mg twice a day now after two months her blood sugar shot upto 350 she has become very fatigue , double vision is worsened and eyesight also .we feel after medication for MG her condition is now getting weaker .. CTscan for thyoma did and it was negative.. what to do now is these medicines aggrevating ?? how can she correct her eye because eye doctor says her eye is good but now her vision is very blurd with complete double vision.

Did her Neuro prescribed her mestinon 60 mg 4 x a day I am an mg patients too
