Great video thanks Dave. My darts have improved by 10 points from mid 30s 6 months ago thanks to you. A comment on the darts that you showed, the background being dark makes it difficult to see the shapes. Maybe show a picture of them on white paper. Hope it all goes well.
I guess the best way is to start with something as standardised as possible. Even weighted straight barrel, mid level grip, standard flights/shafts and something around 25g. Then its only a case of tweaking what you need to, without wholesale change. Best wishes with your health Dave.
I was a decent pub player when I was young. Back into darts for 4 months now after a 30 year break and already better than I ever was as a young bloke. Didn't have internet in those days and guys like Dynamite Dave giving great advice. I was already doing better by analysing things myself but since I started the Dynamite Dave way I'm getting even better results. And a lot more consistent too. All the best for tomorrow Dave.
Brilliant video Dave buddy just want to say all the best for the operation hope all goes well and thanks for everything you have taught me up till now and can't wait to see some new videos when your recovered all the best cheers buddy 🙏🙏👍👍.
Hi Dave, when I first started playing darts a bit of advice I was given by a guy who i used to play darts with stuck with me forever and that was "don't buy a set of darts because you like the look of them, buy them because you can throw them" this advice has stuck with me ever since.
I only do it because i love it improving real players and not superstars is my passion if i can get you to a decent level im happy as Larry... O and its all free if you want it to be im not trying to empty your pockets like some others.
All the very best with your pre check Dave. I look forward to seeing you back on here after your operation. Take care.

Its good advice and even better advice if you can actually go to a shop that lets you throw them before you buy them but that doesnt seem common

Great informative video Dave as always, keep em coming. Hope your opp goes well my friend, see you soon 🎯🎯💪
I was fantastic when I was young. Better eyesight, a lot thinner. And no back ache or knee ache. All contributes to not being as good as I once was.
Can't throw a thin dart.. They wobble all over place! John Lowe type is best for me
Its a grip thing buddy but its personal to.
Put 50p in the meter Dave!
