Kpop idols are usually just skinny with no definition. If she keeps dancing with U.S. choreographers she is going to have the most toned body in kpop, (female) lol. I am so glad some idols feel comfortable being something other than the norm. BM from KARD, JK and Jimin from BTS, Jackson from Got7 and a few more toned idols. As someone that loves fitness, I love seeing this and hope other idols will feel free to be the same if that is their choice.
Mi W that’s facts. I’m Korean( ethnically) and black and was I was born in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 with naturally toned skin and I’m practicing to be an idol or singer or something along those lines. I always wanted to be an idol ever since I was a kid, but was always ashamed about my tan skin, but then I learned how to love my tan skin and now I don’t give a fuck about what others say about my skin, I love myself.
I wish you luck on your idol tryouts. Understand that you can hear No a lot before you hear yes and always value your self worth before anything else. Singing is a tough career in any country. Don't take any criticism personally. Simply work on what the label deems lacking. Understand you also have to be able to let fan criticism roll off your back.

I wasnt aware of that... Alot of male idols do have definition, theyre naturally quite thin so nothing like huge but ive seen too much kpop abs to believe that. I mean just the fact u mentioned jk and jimin when jin and rm also have quite alot of muscle(probsbly even moreso but its hard to tell from what we've seen. But id agree about female idols, the main focus is being skinny for them. Tho naturally many are decently toned just from the choreographies and practices and such.

Wow, Hyolyn had a private dance lesson with Aliya. I watched the class video of Aliya with the thought that I could find Hyolyn but seems like she really got a private lesson.
