May I suggest during the chorus, anchoring the chords with your pinky on the (thinnest) E string for each chord.. Use an Fmaj7 for the F chord (with your pinky still on the thinnest E string).. Thus will give you the G note heard throughout the chorus. During the verse, in place of the open Dsus2, you may take the C shape you just used and move it up two frets.. I have been trying to teach my brother some guitar and these lessons are quite well done and very useful for beginners. Keep up the good work.
I've just listened to the other versions and OMGOSH, Amber you've crushed this song. To me, this is he BEST VERSION and now I'm obsessed 😍 💗 absolutely beautiful my friend 🧡
Hello Amber!!! Thank you for this new song unknown to me, fabulously explained by you like every week. Despite the pain for the loss of compatriots, your music makes our heart shine a little. Thank you as you are and receive a warm and affectionate hug.
havent learn a single song yet. but i spend 2 days learning the intro and now i got it. And i feel so happy. I tried to play along the intro but you were a little to fast for me. In 2 days i will get the speed. I hope! and then chorus time. Thanks so much for let me pick of my guitar again. Feels good to learn something again.

WowZA. Another Stellar Lesson, you make music so much fun. Your song choices are the best. My friends are hearing about you whether they like it or not. And they do. So happy your channel can into my life. Thank you Amber. ❤️🎸🎶
Hi Amber, thank you for teaching us such a great song and for breaking the song up into manageable sections so that we, your UA-cam followers, can learn how to play this song with confidence. You really are a dedicated and fantastic guitar teacher 😊
I’m so glad you enjoyed the lesson! I’ve taken a look at Everywhere by Michelle Branch. Can’t make any promises at the moment, but maybe in the future 😁🎵
I don't cut or prick myself to feel because, if anything, I feel too much. Sometimes, I just wish I could cry to get relief from the weight of it all. I don't know what's going to happen to my body when I exit earth, but it's good to know I won't be around to find out. You hit close to home with this one, Amber- Salute!16:25
Hi John, I’m in the same boat as you. I feel way too much too. It can be a lot sometimes 😢 be strong and I guess my advice would be to let it out by speaking to someone. That is what I’ve done and it’s made an enormous difference to me. 🙏 take care!
@thestellarguitarist I do have access to a support group since July and they care. It is progress for me that I mention it here but your sessions on Unwell and Hurt paved the way. Thank you.
@@John-uo4uc 🙏🏽 Huge growth and progress John, well done! I'm so so happy that Hurt and Unwell have helped you too, that is great for me to hear. Thank you for sharing. 🙏🏽🎵
Did you use a metronome? I thought I could hear it sometimes. If yes, do you use it often when playing a song? I am new to guitar and thought it was used for practice only. ? Thank you and look forward to more songs from you
Hi Jary, yes you heard correctly! I often play along to a metronome when a song has any picking. This helps me keep in time. I will look up the BPM of a song and then plug that into the metronome. For the song Hurt, I had the metronome set to 90bpm.
hi little star you always make beautiful pieces and I follow you a lot.. if it happens you could do a tutorial on tracy chapman's song "baby can i hold you" Thank you
Soooo gooddd ! There are no videos like this anywhere else :)) please could you do wildflower by Billie Eilish it’s my favourite song I just used your video to learn wonderwall and was definitely the best video I found ☺️thank youuuuuu

Hi Schalk 😊 I’ll definitely take a look at your song request. Thank you! We are keeping well and yes I received your email and shot one back to you yesterday 🎵⭐️ have a fantastic week ahead!
It's masterfully beautiful, if I became a child again I would make a teddy bear with a rope and rings that would sing me this melody when I pull the rope Incredible Thank you C' est d'une beauté magistrale, si je redeviendrais un enfant je ferais un ours en peluche avec une corde et un anneaux qui me chanterais cette melodie quand je tire sur la corde 🙃🥰Incroyable Merci
Oh I see! Thanks for the feedback, I remove the background guitar during the explanation part of the lesson 😊 I’ll definitely turn the volume down in the future though. Thanks!

Hi Arjun, I’ll check it out 🎵🙏
I love Johnny’s version - you can just feel him missing June.
💔 there is a lot of sadness in his voice for sure. 😢
June was still alive, she was in the video. The photo on the wall was his mom. When she did die, he died very shorgly after.
❤👍

I'd rather listen to you! The back ground guitar is to loud.
Hi Colin! I appreciate you saying that thank you 🙏 but which part of the lesson? Which background guitar?
@@thestellarguitarist Pretty much from the beginning, I only a few minutes. I did not continue watching after that.
