    Yes, I love this movement!!!! I also fully agree that one needs to avoid "throwing the weight up and back, but have a controlled movement, and really fight the eccentric all the way down. Your side delta will thank you.

    Can u give a how to on proper execution of the incline dumbbell press.? The way u guys r able to contract thru the elbows is beyond me. Thanks

    I tried doing this standing up, but didn't manage it from LOW pulley, but found it easier on the the HIGH pulley. Is it still okay to be standing and doing High instead of Low? Which muscles are worked with High and Low?

      I just use the plastic handles with the fabric strap, if not, you can purchase them online cheap
