For everyone commenting on the cadence being called on the RIGHT ...... it’s not We even did a 1234 in the beginning to assure they were on the left Your mother .....your father etc was home when you left you right if you look we’re called on the correct feet when they said left (left foot was striking , when they said you’re right (right foot was striking ) 2. Once the cadence was started the middle was cut short which made it appear as if the cadence was being called on the right however the steps never changed Thank you

So did you get her??
@@CherylBepis unfortunately not, however my drill sergeant was awesome at cadences
That voice could bring you to your knees!! You are a gift DS King!!
I can’t understand why people would give this a thumbs down. Thank you to all these men and woman for their service. And thank you to their families for their service as well
@puma pete then those people need to strap on the boots, grab a gun and walk the line. Those men and woman their life on line those dumb ass to give it a thumbs down.
If you want a moral boost, she's the one to do it. She's great.
I went basic training there in Ft. Jackson at old hollywood back in 1985 and used to march everywhere and pass through Tank Hill on our way to the BRM range! My Drill Sergeants were Ssg Ham and Sgt Bassett.
Love her voice. Know what I hate? How the recording/sound lag makes it sound like she's calling the cadence on the right foot instead of the left.
Thank you for saying this. I thought I was nuts, trying to figure out how the hell they stayed in step while calling on the right foot.
LMAO, there was no delay.. she was just calling it on the wrong foot.. restart the video and you’ll see
@@alextravis8429 No she was calling on her left foot at the beginning but around 0:43-0:44, it went kinda hinky. It might have been that the last cadence was so long it caused a misstep and she somehow started calling on her right.
Bloody Rose I know.. I said to restart the video too see that there wasn’t an audio delay
I noticed that too. Not sure where it got crossed up. Regardless, she’s great at calling the cadence
Wow, respect, that woman is shining her light up to heaven and I guarantee God hears her. God bless
Thanks to all of these amazing humans for their service!
Your dad is the reason you left! You’re right!
Your aunties your uncles your brothers your sisters, the quakers the bakers the candlestick makers, the cat, the dog, kermit the frog, all the reason you left!
Sean Marshall you right !
Ha same
We need subtitles
Your Dad was home when you left
Your mama was home was home when you left
You sister was home when you left
I think she got a little distracted.. she was feeling the music and her voice kinda lowered 😂 I love her voice though... 😌✨
She needs to be making a recording. Great voice!
Great voice. Thank you for your service. God Bless You!!!
Yesssss she sounds good 👏👏👏👏👏thank them all for there service ❤💙❤
If it ain’t drill Sargent Lewis she ain’t calling cadence
The back up singers are our protectors and made an oath to serve man and our country. Great 👍 job to all the men that have sacrificed their lives for us. Thank you Drill Sargeant King for being part of this team.
Raquel Ferrer Don't forget the women who have lost their lives on active duty.
I will never forget our Rosey Riverters our WACS and those women who died for our country since the beginning of time.
Alright everyone thank you for the comments likes dislikes everything is much appreciated
But.......
1. For everyone commenting on the cadence being called on the RIGHT ...... it’s not
We even did a 1234 in the beginning to assure they were on the left
Your mother .....your father etc was home when you left you right if you look we’re called on the correct feet when they said left (left foot was striking , when they said you’re right (right foot was striking )
2. Once the cadence was started the middle was cut short which made it appear as if the cadence was being called on the right however the steps never changed
Thank you
Thank you for your Service D.I. KING. 🙏🎉🇺🇸
I will share this with my 83 year-old Marine dead because I'm sure it'll bring him Goosebumps because of your impeccable Voice/Cadence. Thank you Ma'am!

Gurl, you are special...and those kids love you , my son even told me about you Daniel Healy he came thru Ft . Jackson 2019 during covid shut down, 161st Alpha co. He went on to Ft. Benning then to Ft.Stewart. he's Shipping over seas soon ...but he remembers hearing you
Sorry Ma'am I respect your choices to serve and salute you for it and watching this I can see how much your recruits love and respect you as well but honestly in my opinion with a voice like yours you should be selling out arena's but please stay where you are your doing a better job there with the men and women under your command but please please consider after retirement or when your service time is up try out for the voice or something similar
Bravo Zulu...for some of us..an explanation ain't needed.,. Gator Navy...no bar to far..no beach outa reach...

I’m not a military person, but marching in a group singing sounds sooooo fun to me
It is actually. As long as everyone knows how to march
asum power Yeah I definitely don’t lol
Who decides to"thumb down"this? Doesn't matter the creed, color, male, female, tall, short, black, white, they are all serving this country. Most are very multi- talented and their every effort and all they come with should be applauded. Thank you sergeant leader King along with your team giving us your best, stay up, stay safe, return home safely
An asshole that's who.
WOW! HER VOICE IS LOUDER THAN ALL THOSE SOLDIERS PUT TOGETHER.
Thank you Mam. Thank all of you for your precious service.
Much Respect for this young lady. Beautiful pitch!
That gave me goose bumps. I'll bet she could snap your back without breaking cadence.
Ohhh that’s my drill Sgt from basic omg her voice is so beautiful she can sing. I remember the route so well😭😭😭
"You were off key, private! Forty push-ups!!!!"
