I always dreamed of a oven at home and cooking in it, but it is very large. Therefore, I considered different options and settled on the tandoor. The construction of the tandoor took me two weeks plus drying for another two weeks. I am very glad that I have been using my tandoor for more than six months. Even my husband loves to cook in it. Most of all he likes the steering wheel. So I decided to share my recipe for pork knuckle in the tandoor.
