a while back, i hit a point where i felt like everything was out of my control. i kept wondering why other people seemed to get what they wanted while i was stuck in the same place. then i came across this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane. i wasn’t expecting much, but the way it explains the connection between your energy and the life you create? it blew my mind. it’s not just a book, it’s like a blueprint for turning your life around.
so there was this period in my life when i kept attracting the wrong people, wrong opportunities, everything just felt…off. i couldn’t figure out why it kept happening. then one day, a friend mentioned a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, saying it helped them see the patterns they didn’t even realize they had. i decided to give it a read, and wow, it opened my eyes to how much my own energy was shaping my life. seriously, this book is something else.
If you think about it, this was possibly one of the worst episodes in The Chase history. Firstly the first contestant was able to bank £9,000 in the cash-builder, but decided to opt for the £3,000 low offer despite a high offer of £50,000. Seat 2 gets £8,000 in the cash-builder and goes for the £2,000 low offer despite a high offer of £60,000. Seat 3 went out with the middle offer. Seat 4 got £6,000 in the cash-builder, but decided to go for the Minus £2,000 taking the total prize to only £3,000! In the final chase, the team performs badly for 3 players with only 12 steps. The Beast performs poorly having around 10 seconds left on the clock after beating the team. What’s happening here ITV? You will lose money by veering away viewers for poor episodes which nobody will watch!
What do you think they're gonna do, shelve episodes because they're not competitive enough for you? If people keep watching I doubt they're that bothered.
i remember this one night i was scrolling aimlessly, feeling like i had hit rock bottom. it felt like nothing i wanted was ever going to happen for me. i don’t know why, but i clicked on this link about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it drew me in. the more i read, the more i felt like it was written just for me. it’s wild how much a single book can change your perspective.
Spoilers below👇🏻 It may not feel like it, but that has got to be one of the worst finals in recent years, on both the team’s and chaser’s side! Seat 1 and 2 going low was quite frustrating too! Though, I’m relieved Mark won that in the end, he made a couple bad misses that could’ve costed him the entire game, but fortunately, he didn’t let that stop him. Brad’s reading pace was poor too, so I don’t blame Mark entirely for his low speed.
@ Yet again, we’ve seen Shaun get a higher speed than Mark on the same week! As Qasim has been saying a lot lately, Mark is getting as bad, if not, worse than Shaun!
I believe Anne, Paul and Jenny are the best chasers recently. Tbf to Mark he lost in November and skipped 2 weeks, caught a 6 then lost to 2 20s. ITV have been a bit unkind to him recently.

Very disappointing final- apart from Darragh’s 22 catch, this series might end up having the worst finals of any season
