Umidigi policies are that of con artists. Knowing that their products are of an inferior quality they side with the reseller's lesser warranty, whatever it is, meaning they never have to honor their 1-year warranty promise to their fans. Like scumbags, they neglect their loyalty but whatever the outcome, I thank Joom for their supportive response in trying to find a positive solution. Umdigi on the other hand remains cold and distant even on their fan support page. Not the brand I would want to support. After only 4 months of use the phone sensors failed, problems with the signal and connection between pc and phone, and most disappointing the low quality camera even though the specs boast otherwise.

Comprei faz 8 meses celular robusto mas muito intermitente tem hora que as teclas laterais não funcionam, é só atualizar que aparece algo ruim, agora o volume aumenta sozinho

Доброго времени суток. Телефон мне очень понравился. Я купил уже несколько моделей ( дочке, внуку, внучке и себе) из серии БИЗОН .
Вот только к большому сожалению у внука телефон (БИЗОН 2021) упал и треснул экран (он светится и сенсор работает, но экран рассыпается). Я мой телефон БИЗОН 2 pro при первом же погружению в воду перестал работать. Я не могу его выключить, экран светится, но не работают никакие функции. И что делать я не знаю. Покупал все телефоны через посредников по некоторым обстоятельствам. У дочки и внучки телефоны работают, а нам с внуком не повезло к большому сожалению. И я не могу у нас нигде отремонтировать их в связи с некоторыми обстоятельствами.

Deben crear una actualización contra el reinicio automático e infinito. Por favor crear una actualización para corregir ese error de sistema. SOMOS MUCHOS usuarios a nivel mundial con el mismo problema.
