Bhai, I think aap maintanence more than required karte hoon bike ki, mostly in engine. With time the carbon built up in your engine is your friend. Engine flush, oil additive, petrol additives etc I feel are mostly overhyped and not required for bikes. I would suggest you to see Vikas Rachamalla videos on experience regarding servicing of bikes. Love your passion for the bike, I am too a dominar 400 owner.

I personally felt really bad when you saw another bike already when the dominar was still in recovery . Bhai engine block and piston ke sath new Bajaj ka genuine crankshaft lagwana .. crankshaft lead machine mein polish mat karwana kyuki yeh ktm series wali engines hein isme repairing long lasting nahi Karti only replacing the part will with new one will long last ...agar meri baat mein biswas nahi hein toh ARV brothers ke engine overhaul videos check karna and clutch assembly completely change kar dena ... clutch plate new bhi hein phir bhi clutch assembly replacing is mandatory otherwise aapko phirse engine kholwana par jayega.....meri points ko note kar lena ...........and Bhai lastly I want to say that your engine has seized because of using engine flush and changing the engine oil lately and for using after market air filters....engine flush is a enemy of any engine and for a single cylinder motorcycle engine oil change should be done at under every 3000-5000 km in normal condition and for your riding style as you ride your bike very rought most of times you should have change engine oil at every 3000 km and not exceeding more than 4 months for a single cylinder motorcycle.....and lastly I want to suggest you to not ride your motorcycle at tripple digit speed continuously for a long time as it will cause wear and tear in any single cylinder motorcycle no matter which brand it is ..... don't hold tripple digit speed continuously for a long time..... holding for few seconds is ok...but you should avoid all this things for a long life span of the engine of your motorcycle..........bura maat manna Bhai magar aaap bike ko blame nahi kar sakte you have made some mistakes with the maintenance and riding style of the bike that's the reason your engine got seized in just 40,000 KM ....

if my calculations are right k&n filter ka kamal hai ye vro ya fir aapka leakage hoga air box-throttle body hose ke paas se indian weather pattern ko suit nahi karta koi bhi free flow filter even stock filter bhi clogged ho jata hai bahut jaldi. sirf ek mutthi dhool chaiye hoti hai block piston & probably valves ko khatam karne ke liye. agar bike lambi chalani hai to vro stock rakho sab kuch sirf wo cheez replace karo jo kharab ho rahi hai baar baar engine mat touch karwao wo bhi bajaj svc walo ko (they are the worst kind) jaisi aap bike chalaoge waisi hi service bike ko deni hogi -Ride safe brother
