using lactic acid bacteria on your tomato plants will help slowdown/ stop the blight problem..easy to make, easy to use...and good for the soils.......
So, use the dipping net and catch some of the loose fish, put them back into the nets....
and the dying folage from the yard long beans will make a great fertilizer for the next crop of beans....
