Sir, i will second Mr Ashish comments. I love your videos, clear, concise, informative and above all humorous. You catch fraze should be "Use it and don't throw it away " its a great message sir.
Wow, another stunning and winning recipe chef, your chicken biryani. One cannot go wrong, thank you very much. Also the spices for the chicken curry is a great winner and folks are enjoying it. Staying here in Natal, South Africa. I was never happy the way the curry is made here, too much oil and your method using the spices and curry leaves is awesome, thx, keep the cooking on youtube.
awesome, love your recipes, and tried your mother's chicken recipe and what a taste. I'm even using the same grounded spice in beef curry. Your biryani recipe is still the best and easy te make. Thanks chef, your recipies are so easy step by step, even a child can follow them.
Chef Harpal Singh, I doff my chef hat to you. You are perhaps the only UA-cam chef who has mentioned twice in this one - NOT TO WASTE! It’s perhaps the best and the most basic way to start in the kitchen everyday. I always ground my chilli paste after soaking in water. But now on, I will put it in boiling water and then grind. And yes, I always add little water in the mixer jar to wipe off the remaining chilli paste. I never waste anything; it’s a gift from Mother Earth to us.😊🙏🏻

Wow that's such beautiful color. I'd love to try out this paste in my hot sauce recipes and the little powder would be perfect for other spicy dishes. Thank You : )

Great video. At my favorite Indian restaurant I always order Butter Chicken as spicy as possible and the spicier I order it I always notice that a red chili paste is swirled in. I suspect they may be adding a chili paste like this!
Thank you Chef for this video. I love Kashmiri chillis and the powder for the colour and mild taste. Would it be possible to use the seeds to grow chilli plants? Thanks, Russ.
It's always good to know the details about how one can utilize or store instead of throwing it away. I just had a query how much quantity we can get using 7-8 dried chillies? Thanks

Great video. At my favorite Indian restaurant I always order Butter Chicken as spicy as possible and the spicier I order it I always notice that a red chili paste is swirled in. I suspect they may be adding a chili paste like this!
Yes but that is like keeping the red chilli paste raw, so it should be cooked th rough with the gravy...
@@chefharpalsingh makes sense thank you! So possibly they were using this chili paste though to add spice to my butter chicken? Would this be common?
