Ty sir. Spinach it is. Dr Eric Berg talks a lot about it too. Thanks buddy😎👍🏻 YOU may have made this a long time ago, BUT, it's still paying dues. Those books you guys did really helped me. 🙏

Catching up on your older videos. Love these. Thank you! My Mom got me off sugar at the age of 15. It was super frustrating at the time especially when I started reading labels and realized it was in everything I liked to eat. Fast forward 45 yrs and I feel blessed that my Mom convinced me to do this. In a family of 7 I’m one 4 have type 2 diabetes. I have no issues with blood sugar. Also, I’m a big fan of spinach salads. Also recently found out that recently that Olive oil is highly anti-inflammatory so that with some balsamic vinegar great on the spinach salad. I consider that a nightly desserts ;)

It's the treats that lead to unhappiness... in a perpetual cycle
Best explanation I've heard for Buddhism & karma in years 💯

I'm liking this format Eric. Telling a story while showing us some of the great running trails in Jackson. Awesome work. Would you include kale and roquette/arugula with your most efficient/effective supplement for training and weight control?

    Hello Eric,
Interesting video, I like this format. Thank you for the tip about the most useful food supplement. I've bought your book and am rereading it multiple times, always picking up something else. The anti-inflammatory aspects you talked about will certainly help since I'm starting to get some tenderness at the back of one of my heels unfortunately (still in the shoe transition training period).
Anyway, thanks again for the book and the video. Awesome stuff!

Evert Van Zeghbroeck thanks for the feedback on format. It is always good to hear what runners like you think about my off the cuff, spontaneous format! Let me also know what you experience with Spinach and if you feel a different, as I am really interested in this!

I have pretty much cut sugar from my diet. What do you think about carbs like oatmeal. I make a mix with oats, gogi berries, ground flax, chia, salt, cinnamon and a few raisins. I usually eat it cold with un sweetened almond milk, or hot with water. I have limited eating bulk carbs recently and so only have cut back on oats as well. Im about 15 lbs heaver than i would like to be, 5' 10" 175 lbs. I domnt want to starve my body while i up my running to try for a marathon. Thanks love your videos

Oatmeal is a great carb source it is what you put into abs how much your eating is key.

Thanks. You're right, about getting lighter, that won't come with exercise, but with a proper diet. I was wondering what you think about rice, pasta, whole bread... Are those considered as sugars as well?

    •  5 років тому

Oh yeah, spinach contains iron. That must help in some way, ain't it too?

I like watching all the videos, but I think this would more apty be titled "how to lose weight efficiently". Great message, but I want the most efficient way to become a FASTER RUNNER!
