he wrote this one about himself and his heroin addiction while in prison. the video implies it’s about a relationship with a woman, because that’s more relatable. but yeah, the drug in him is him.
Glad you're doing the old versions before the new ones. You really get to see the evolution of our dear Ronathan. 🖤
He did the new stuff first
@@wessoccerplayer I meant of the remakes.
Your mind is going to be blown on the remakes. He completely restructured the song flow and his musicality really jumps with his vocal range as well.
we need bring me the horizon on here 🫶🏼
Yassss!!
Upvote this boissss
Oh yes
Omg yesssss
he still didn’t see it I guess :c
Electric guitars can be held like that, since they don't need perfect strumming to sound good and as it is electric, if you move the guitar, the sound doesn't change like it would with an acoustic
If we are on the Falling in Reverse train, I love Raised by Wolves. Would be interested how you would react to it.
Love watching Teddy take his journey into metal and hard rock. It's the reason I subscribed. Keep the rock reactions coming!
Jacky Vincent, the lead guitarist, slowly chewing gum while doing his guitar solo is 🔥🔥
a faster guitar solo is called shredding, just like what he did.
I think that is Jacky's usual stance of playing guitar and I think he can accurately play in that way.
Eh hem (pushes up guitar nerd glasses) shredding he does. But this type of shredding is called sweep picking 😂😁
@@GoatHeadTed yeah, just trying to keep it simple😅😅
Jacky Vincent is sooooo 🔥
the drums back then to now are a combination of a few things!
- Different drummer on recent stuff
- Producer's abilities
- & as you said, evolution of the producers tools and programmes over time has improved drastically.
That guitar riff during the verses never gets old....they knew they just plucked fire when they wrote that in.
The reimagined version is my favorite version. The lyrics hit harder imo. 😊 Glad you are listening to both.
Oh, trust me, the reimagined version will blow your mind! As for the instruments, Ronnie is the only original band member from the beginning till now. So yes, the latest music sounds a bit different because the musicians are not the same as 10 years ago...
Brother you've GOT to do Avenged Sevenfold!!! Sinister Gates the lead guitarist will blow your mind!!!
From zombified till now drummer is Luke Holland
and luke is an absolute beast on the set

Old Falling In Reverse songs always come up when I ask my Alexa to play a PopPunk playlist, so I guess that’s why you hear the “pop” in this.
I keep hoping to see ronnie react to some of these videos to see what he thinks of being called Ronathan. He would probably find it hilarious.
Raised by wolves and alone you definitely need to do!!!!
Excited to watch you react to the pair of the songs. I enjoy this one, but the Reimagined is a whole other level.
I really like thia song, I've been adicted to it since the first time I heard it
you should totally react to his stuff from 2006 when he was in Escape the Fate. they're still a band but their first album "Dying is Your Latest Fashion" is all him & it's such a good album, start to finish.
How the fuck did I not put 2-2 together till now that was Ronnie, I kept watching these videos saying to myself he looked just like the EtF lead singer, and then I went back to situations, and went holy fuck that was Ronnie 😮
hes holding his guitar like that for no reason other then style mainly adding a bit of flare to his solo
Dude it’s such a trip watching the stuff of theirs I used to watch as a teen and rediscovering Ronathan and his new(er) stuff (and learning the lead of FIR is the same dude of ETF lol because damn..). He’s always been good, but there was a little something something all those years ago that had me enjoying them in secret lol
hes been doing music longer then that aswell... he used to be lead singer of escape the fate
You needed to watch both versions back to back dude.... please do that with I'm not a vampire and revamped...
Much love frome South Africa 🇿🇦
Also the guitar in the solo is majority called “sweep picking” which is essentially just arpeggios along multiple strings. Very big staple in this era and genre of music. Holding it that way is purely for showmanship lol
So you gotta understand how different the music scene was back in 2011, they also had a different drummer back then as well. Their new drummer is a little more well versed and they’ve migrated with the times blending metal and hip hop/rap to their sound where as back then, pop punk/post hardcore was much more prominent and popular. Ronnie used to be the front man for a band called Escape the Fate that sounds just like this, and when he went away and got back he started basically where he left off. Most bands now a days don’t really sound like this sound anymore but back then…this was a banger. Times and music change, just as they do. Good reaction!
man this mv took me back
I used to be obsessed with escape the fate (his first band) and I got a iTunes gift card and bought the music video situations. I think I turned my whole school bus emo
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Been waiting for this + the reimagined.
Jacky Vincent solo on good girls bad guys is my favorite and definitely worth a listen!
I definitely prefer the Reimagined version, but the original is a fun, too.
And yes, you can hold a guitar like this. Probably not for very long but makes the angle of the wrist for the high notes a bit easier (at least that's what I think, bars on the 2 years I played guitar as a teenager ages ago).
I remember listening to this Album not long after it came out. I was in Highschool.
Edit: This is Punk. What you're used to is Metal. They used to be an Emo/Punk band.
You should watch Raised by Wolves- it’s the first song on FIR’s first album- it’s a banger!!!
Teddy! I can't believe you didn't pick up on the fact that that's the same court room as the court room with all the dead bodies in Popular Monster. You usually catch those things!
The confusion of sweep picking 😍😍😍 so adorable. Please do an avenged sevenfold reaction
you should listen to chemical prisoner by falling in reverse its old but its so good!
Omg I just I love this song ahahahhaa
Thank you for the reaction on the old ones, for me they are the best although everyone disagree
You gonna love the difference!
Actually longer cause he was in escape the fate before he went to prison
You need to do Bad Girls Club by FIR, it is another one of their old songs and is iconic for that time in FIR lol
I know Ronnie when he was in Escape the Fate
You must listening to the album called dying is your latest fashion
I came here to see your reaction to Jacky's guitar solo lol
Welcome to old school Ronnie my boy, FIR was *different* back then
Seeing as you do a lot of K-Pop reactions n how much you're enjoying Falling In Reverse/Ronnie's crazy range you should react to Vamps(ironically if we found out the singer is a real life vampire i wouldn't be the least bit surprised dude is definitely hiding the fountain of youth somewhere), Hyde, n L'arc En Ciel(all 3 are the same singer) he's done everything from ballads to pirate songs to some of the best anime themes(that's most of what L'arc En Ciel did) ever used in anime intos/outros, mind melting heavy songs that make you wanna fight someone(oh I'll get to one of those eventually) n everything he makes is absolutely perfect. Anyway.. my suggestion is "Kyuketsu Satsugai" by Vamps... fair warning it is heavy af
how long until the twenty one pilots reactions teddy? 🥺👉🏼👈🏼
13:36 Oh yes the production is way better in nowadays specially in drums and bass
So recommendation that showcases guitars and drums i'd like to suggest Wintersun - Sons of winter and stars.
As others mentioned Bring Me The Horizon!! May I also suggest Beartooth, I Prevail, Northlane, Wage War, Motionless In White and so so many more. We must ease you into the genre 😂 before you know it you'll be reacting to Lorna Shore. Slowly getting spicier and spicier 😂🔥
Or ashes to new, with the rap/rock combo
Another iconic older song is bad girls club
Bring me the horizon!
Teddygrayonstuff first time reaction, Evanescence-Going under
Nah gotta do Bring me to life first.😌
Yeah fun fact this was his first song he did since being released from prison he wrote the whole first album the drug in me is you while in prison and they did a video for this song after his release in 2011
"REVERBAWAAAITS" - Ronithan 2023 does not approve 😂
If you wanna watch a video that tells a story with drums that hit hard and guitar like you've never heard then watch the video for one by metallica
if i ever somehow got my hands on a magic lamp and robin williams popped out genie style my only wish would he for you to react to rage against the machine
👍🏽
Its a Derek, and he could hold this guitar as he want lol. Anyway, he was a fckn genius of this art. (Ps. Sry for my english)
Yeah it's different Ryan Seaman is a different drummer from Luke Holland they each have a different style of playing the drums. Ryan played with falling in reverse from the band forming in 2008 until 2017 when he left Luke Holland joined the band in 2020 as a touring drummer and has stayed until now so Luke played drums in watch the world burn
The song isn't about a relationship or a woman it's about Ronnie self reflecting and basically he's saying the drug in him is himself he is saying he is his own worst enemy
You should do king for a day by pierce the veil
Wait till he hears about escape the fate his first band
Could it be, that I'm missing "Zombified" in your playlist? 😉
Wait till he sees zacky vengence and synyster gates play lol. May i suggest avenged sevenfold live in the LBC
I mean he has only been in Falling in Reverse that long. What about him in Escape the Fate?
Just a heads up in case no one has mentioned it this song he wrote talking about himself. The drug in him is him. He’s the problem. Essentially singing into a mirror if you would.
welcome to my teen emo tracks. lol Avenged Sevenfold should definitely be added to your watch list. There is like 10 amazing songs to check out just to start with.
Time for him to react to Eddie Van Hallen Eruption solo
To play faster you generally raise the guitar by pushing it against the straps that's around your neck.
You need to watch Ronnie react to this video 😂😂😂
The drums are different between this song and watch the world burn because the original drummer left before the latter
That’s how you hold a guitar when you are hammering on to fook my friend
Escape the fate bronana
how about getting into the mother of emos? miss amy lee and her band evanescence
The queen herself.😌
Welcome back to the 2000s emo sound
This song was from a much different time, coming out of the late 2000s emo generation
And the guitar thing is the guy showing off during his solo
I can't wait until you get some Avenged Sevenfold.
I'm not a huge fan of the original either. The remake is a masterpiece though. The 'I'm Not a Vampire' remake is even better.
They use to be emo rock, before he went to jail
It's a different drummer
Guitar player here, you CAN hold a guitar like that, however its really uncomfortable, not very intuitive and is 100% for showing off
When someone turns a 3:49 second song into an 18+ minute reaction 🤦 Jesus christ
Aint gonna lie, Ronnathan killled me 🤣
Dope reaction
Haha Ronnie's voice has improved so much since he first started he worked so hard to hone his craft and his voice is amazing. Haha I see you saw the genius of Jacky he is an amazing guitarist he did an amazing job while he was there for the band
